Absolutely appalling service and completely unacceptable quality. * Injury/Safety Hazard: The tech was careless and cut the skin on my toe. Breaking skin during a foot treatment is a major sanitation concern. * Horrible Gel Application: I paid an extra $20 for gel polish that looks like it was done in the dark. It's thick, lumpy, streaky, and full of texture because it was slapped on in globby layers instead of clean coats. * Flooded Cuticles: Instead of clean edges, the polish ran all over my skin leaving a jagged, messy undone border around every single nail. Charging full price (plus upgrades) to cut a client and hand them a ruined paint job is completely unprofessional. For any pregnant mama, I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm currently 38 weeks and wanted to go treat myself since I'm struggling to cut my own nails. I'm aware I had like 2 or 3 nails that were either clip or broken so anything to make them presentable would have been appreciated. I chose to get the lavender cream package. The nail tech who did my nail was a bit rough. She had cut my nails super short and didn't clean up the side of them. She was trying get rid of ingrown nail I had on my foot, she at first was going slow but then at the end she basically just ripped it out. This was painful and now I dealing with pain. Just wear shoes is uncomfortable. She was filing my nails after applying the gel but felt more of her filing my skin than my nail. Once the service was completed, I have had other my nail tech help me put my shoes back on but she just thank me and walked away. I just hard time due my pregnancy. After I left the salon; I when to run errand and that's when I had noticed there still sugar scrub left on the back of calves so I had to walk around with sticky legs. I know this just me being picky but once I got home and took a better look at my nails, I know they weren't cut/file even. I just left unsatisfied and don't believe I'll be going back. read more

Very disappointing experience. I've been to this salon a few times before and have even recommended it to friends and family, but after this visit I would not recommend coming here for nail removal. The technician who assisted me, Mai, significantly over-filed my nails during the removal process, leaving them extremely thin and fragile. When I noticed how thin they had become, I politely asked if she could avoid filing my other hand as much. She became upset and insisted that she had not over-filed them, saying that damage is normal when you get your nails done. While I understand that some wear can happen, my concern was simply to prevent the same level of filing on my other hand. I stayed quiet because I didn't want to escalate the situation, but she continued insisting that she had done nothing wrong. Eventually she said she would let my other hand soak longer in acetone so she wouldn't have to file as aggressively, something that likely should have been done from the start to minimize damage. She then got up, visibly upset, left me waiting, and never returned. I left with one hand unfinished and the other one with very damaged and over-filed nails. I do want to thank the receptionist, who was very kind, understanding, and professional. She tried to find someone else to help me and processed a refund without any pushback, which I really appreciated. read more

Not only did I leave last Wednesday with my nails looking like they already needed a fill and some of them sideways, it's not only been a little week and after pulling out all of the sticky "Beatles" brand base they use for gelx, they are all starting to pop off now. I don't think anything good came from going here. In fact I think it damaged my nails and for $80 bucks I actually would really love my money back. It's awful. Don't go here. I think I may have had the best pedicure I have had since living here in Texas. I don't want to give up the technician's name and fear that she will start getting booked up and won't have availability for me. Lol! All the technicians there are amazing and do a great job! The vibe, the quality of service you receive as well as the execution of all things set the bar high. I came in asked for the ombré into blue , she tried it out with a powder after the first nail she showed me I told her I didn't like it and then if we could just do a regular French tip because I didn't like how it was turning out and I wanted it to be baby blue and it was turning more purple then anything , she took off the powder and started the line for the French tip, then got up and got this airbrush and started doing that. I kind of looked at her weird because that's not what I asked for but I was trying to be optimistic and maybe she could do the first picture again. Which she did all of the nails, and on the second time she picked up the light to move it over and hit my nail, which then messed up the nail and then she blamed me and told me to be careful. I told her Then that this entire thing looks terrible she ignored me and kept going what you see on the thumb is what it look like she finishes and asked me if I like it. I tell her no I hate them and I told her to just do the French tip. And she didn't listen finally she takes off the airbrush, cuts my finger in the process with her little tool trying to takeoff the blue paint off my skin with an electric drill. Ever since the new year I have been requesting my services with Philip after having him once by chance and being 100% satisfied with his work. Now I request him every time no matter the service, full sets, fills, pedicures, and he is always a pleasure. The entire place is a very relaxed vibe, very quiet and perfect for some "me time". overall it was an okay experience. however, i was upset because it was my first time getting my nails professionally done (i'd only done stick and glue ons previously) and i was pretty disappointed. i asked for blue french tips and showed the nail artist my inspo pic, but he either forgot or disregarded my wishes and simply gave me a basic french. the nails still looked pretty good, i was just disappointed about the mess up and it was overall a pretty messy job, he'd gotten some polish on my hands and did not clean it off. i also felt like the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming, as the nail artist didn't say a word to me the entire time unless he was telling me to do something, and i just felt shy and awkward, which was part of the reason i was afraid to correct his mistake overall it could've been worse but i was still disappointed. read more

Very overpriced. Manipulates prices to see how much they can make customers pay. I've never been to a salon that gives a range of price when I show them the exact nails I want. If I asked over the phone and they weren't sure I'd understand but how can I show you a picture and say I want these exact nails and be told $80-90? Makes no sense. Also I'll add the nails I wanted because they were quite simple to be charged basically $100 with a tip. I've had them done before at my regular place and they charged me only $60. I'm also convinced they thought I was naive enough to pay that much if they were confusing about how they said the price. When I showed the picture to the tech he started saying "15 extra for this and $15 extra for that and that" but...the only extra thing about these nails is chrome tips. Also after he rattled on about all the extra charges I asked how much it would be in total and he called someone else over. After discussing in length in their native language (which I find rather rude since they were obviously discussing the price I had just asked about) she's the one who gave me the range. I said I was not paying that and I would just do something basic and asked how much that would be. More talking where I can't understand...then she's says basic one color acrylics are going to be 75? Philip was my tech and he was absolutely phenomenal. I got a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure I got regular polish and I got gel for my manicure. It was $75 plus tip for both. I like my nails super short and Philip listened to me and made them the perfect length. Receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions professionally and was so very accommodating.
