Recently moved to NB and have been looking for a new nail salon. My neighbor goes to Signature Nails so I gave it a try. My nail tech Phuong was polite and friendly and did a great job too! I got a Basic Pedicure, and I had a mimosa, and enjoyed a top-notch massage chair (even had a heat setting!). The salon was full but still felt relaxing and personal. Happy to say, this was just what I wanted! I'm done looking. read more

I have never been more disappointed leaving a nail salon. I had a 5:00 PM appointment but wasn't seen until 5:30 PM. While I was waiting, I was offered a drink that was served in a dirty glass, which immediately made me question the cleanliness of the salon. Once I finally got in the chair, I clearly explained how I did not want my nails done. The technician acknowledged what I said, but then proceeded to do exactly what I had asked her not to do. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $5 simply because I alternated between two colors, a charge that was never explained beforehand, and one that was unexpected because it wasn't a design. The final result is incredibly disappointing. The glitter polish is uneven, and honestly, it looks like my five-year-old painted my nails. After spending my time and money, I expected much better service and quality. Unfortunately, between the long wait despite having an appointment, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, unexpected charges, and the quality of the work, I won't be returning. read more

I've been going to Signature Nails since they opened. Franc, hands down, gives the best pedicure. He is attentive, friendly, and enjoys conversation. The place is usually pretty busy so appointments are best, but they do accept walk-ins. The vibe makes you feel like you are on vacation. I personally had my nails done here and they were popping off in less than three days. I went back to have them fixed and they charged me an additional 40 dollars to fix my nails. I also got a pedicure and within a day of them fixing my nails the gel polish on my toenails started popping off. This was all less than a week combined. I went back to tell them about my toenails and asked if they were going to charge me to fix them and how they had charged me to fix my nails. They refused to give me a refund and at that point I was so frustrated, I just left and will never step foot back in there again. To top it all off, my 16 year old daughter went in there on the 3rd of July not knowing of my experience and they charged her twice. She works hard at her part time job to be able to afford little things like this for herself and when we called them, they said 5 other customers had the same issue. Instead of refunding her on the spot, they are making her wait until they can contact their merchant on Monday. Signature nails is a joke for a nail salon, scammers, and a terrible business. DO NOT GO THERE, unless you want to be overcharged and maybe or maybe not see a refund. I would give 0 stars if I could. Oh and last but not least, if they do not refund my daughter on Monday, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and making a formal complaint. read more

I was looking to get a pedicure and found came across this salon. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the staff and they have a wide variety of nail polishes and colors to choose from. The pedicure I had came with a nice relaxing message and a paraffin wax as well which was amazing considering how cold it's been the last couple of days. Me and my sister absolutely love this place. We didn't book an appointment, but they took walk ins with little to no wait time. The atmosphere is amazing! And the people who did our nails were super sweet. My sister's nail artist was Kay, a super sweet and talented lady. My nail artist, Jay, was super friendly and did an amazing job, exactly what I asked for and envisioned. The prices were very affordable, the lady bug nails were only 60, while mine, the polka dots, were 80. Overall amazing service, Will be back! read more

This is their newest location after moving from Creekside. I've been excited for their opening and it didn't disappoint! My BFF and I went there on a Sunday afternoon for shellac mani/pedis. They have sooooo many colors to choose from. I went with this really cool glittery neutral and my friend did this neutral cat eye. Both turned out amazing. We went with the Lavender pedicure and espresso manicure. Our nail ladies were very pleasant and took the best care of us. The location is very central. The place is decorated beautifully!! this place was a vibeeeeeeee. cute and boujee in the best way possible. went on a Friday mid-day with my cousins and gf, they needed new sets and i needed an eyebrow clean up. mine didn't take long so i mainly chilled at the bar and enjoyed my mimosiiii. they offer two complimentary drinks per person. i also tried out their Vietnamese coffee which was sweet and presentation was 10/10. the space is clean and well kept. they had plenty of seating and workers making sure all guest are taken care of. my wax job was well done and it was the most painless wax i've ever had. pricing is more than fair. read more

Took my daughter for pedi (basic) we had no appt just walk in and didn't wait to long , they have a huge variety of colors. The owner sat us down and the tech was Jason, from the start I knew he wasn't going to do a good job on her toes. The whole pedi lasted 20min and no hot towels were given to her. For $35 I could have taken her where we usually go but I wanted to give them a chance and nope! Maybe not with Jason he was horrible the worst pedi I've witnessed! read more

Went to Signature Nails today for the first time. The new location is spectacular! Highly recommend! Everyone was sooooo friendly! Salon was very clean. Nail color selection was insane! Gia did my Milk & Honey Pedi and the calf massage was so relaxing. I mentioned to her I wanted to try the ombré on my nails and she did a great job! After I left I noticed they are a tad thicker than I like but nothing that can't be addressed when I return again. I will definitely go back! There are so many spots and the lounge and bar area are so inviting. Bathroom was clean too. So relaxing and staff were so inviting and friendly. read more

Amazing new location! If you haven't been, it's an experience...beautiful new pedicure chairs and super high-end finishes. They have a full bar with a drink menu. One of the first things you'll notice is the number of choices for your nail color...it's unbelievable! I have gone several times and gotten a manicure and pedicure with gel. I love the new way they remove the gel, they paint something on so you don't have to sit with foil on your fingers. Everything is immaculate and everyone is very friendly. The owners are good people, and I'm happy to see their new business is a huge success! read more

10/10 Kenny was amazing ! His attention to detail, speed, and precision is the best I've seen His passion shines through his work for sure I def recommend him ! He knows what he's doing My nails have gone a whole month with no lifting, no hair getting caught, no chipping or anything! Today, I went to Signature Nails for the 1st time. I have avoided Signature Nails because every time I look in the window, this shop is crowded. Now, I know why. I needed a change of nail salons and scheduled an appointment at this salon. Anthony did my nails and they are absolutely beautiful. The conversation with Anthony was easy. He likes to talk as much as I do. He took his time and made sure my nails were perfect. I really liked that the owners came by to ensure that I was happy. When I left Signature Nails, I told the couple at the front desk that I will return and next time my husband will be with me!!
