Super disappointed in so many ways. Cleanliness was in question when it came to the pedicure tub there were no liners. When doing the pedicure I was Given no options on what I wanted done and was told "your charged $10 more because you have some calluses on your heels". Not bad and super offensive. I have been here several times because I can always get in last minute. Well, there's a reason. I recently had a deluxe pedicure ($50 on their menu they present to you) but when I went to pay they charged me $65. They had no problem understanding me when I questioned it but tried to explain it to me in their native language which I don't understand. Extremely rude and aggressive behavior. My service was rushed and uncomfortable. I paid $40 plus tip for something I could have done better myself. It's already cracked, peeling, and has 1 week of grow out on day one. Unsanitary conditions. They store all of their tools in a cleaning bucket on the floor that they use from client to client. They are supposed to disinfect their tools and store them in sanitized plastic bags. They use tools and toss them back in the bucket and then reuse on others. Just think, another persons toenail gunk is being cross contaminated and jammed into your toenails, and vice versa. They drain their pedicure spa tubs and use them immediately on others. I needed a my nails filled as I have a new set of acrylic nails. I called and salon had an opening. I have had bad experiences here but really needed this Gal that did my nails was very rude. She complain the whole time that my previous nail person had done a bad job and she needed to redo a full set. She jerked my arm toward her the whole time and flicked my fingers out of the way often. My friend and I came in for pedicures and we were very happy to see they offer competitive prices! We had the full deluxe option done which was wonderful. It included salts, lotions, and a special warm wax. My friend chose to have some nail art done on hers with the polish and there was a woman beside me that had one done on hers and they both turned out really nice! I was very pleased with the experience and would have given them five stars but I was surprised that there really was no massage going on for the feet or the legs with their highest level of pedicure package. This nail salon has very bad customer service and very bad at time management. I got my nails done last night and some of my GEL polish rubbed off of the corner of my nail about 1.5hrs after I left this nail salon. I then called immediately once I noticed. The lady said to come in the morning and they will fix it and that they open at 10. I said I'll be there close to that. I get here at 10:20am and I have to wait til 11:30 to just get the corner fixed because the lady who did my nails is not here yet. If I would of known that then I wouldn't be sitting here now! And even the lady sitting next to me waiting to get her toes done told me "they're not very well at time" . Yeah I know know what she's talking about!!! Such BS! So Me and my cousin made an appointment for a 4pm fill. Got there about 3:55pm and we checked in chose our nail color, then sat down and waited. It had been about 20 minutes when another walk-in person came in and waited maybe 5 mins went back and got their nails done before us and they never had an appointment so we just waited and waited It was about 5pm now, our appointment was an hour ago. We didn't get started until about 5:30-5:45. When me and my cousin got in our chairs next to each other we waited for about 5 mins (not a big deal) one lady came and started on my cousins nail alternating back and forth between us... people coming in and out I finally gotten my own person. She did a pretty crappy job. My nails were tacky and messy. It was about 7:00 now and this was just a fill. I had my nails drying under the light for about 15 mins as requested. I leave but I come back because my nail were wayyy to tacky to ever dry! My mother came in and complained to the front desk person and he told us they are full for the rest of the day. But my mother insisted to get my nails fixed. Finally they let me go sit in a chair waiting a few minutes for a good stopping point on someone to come work on me. My mom waited at the desk for this supposed to be 5 minute new paint job ( which took about 20 mins Another costumer has come in asking for any cancellations. The front desk said that could have an appointment for 7:30 (which was in 10 minutes) so my mom had told the lady that they just tell the costumers what they want. As my. As we're getting re painted they just gave me gel which is the only good thing about my whole experience. My cousins experience was alright too. Overall my nails are good now but this was definitely not worth the 1 hour and 45 minute wait. The place itself was good just your average nail salon. If I could rate this zero stars I would. the problem: not starting appointments on time. waiting 1.5 hours past appointment to start was awful! also when I returned to have polished fixed that was messed up, I was told they were booked for the night and wouldn't help fix their mistake!!! like what?! I told them if we waited that long for our appointment then they can surely have someone else wait 5 minutes for a polish fix??! so they started fixing the problem polish & the next customer walked in 2 minutes later and asked if they had any openings and was told they could get her in in an hour for an appointment. BUT WAIT---you JUST told me you were BOOKED FOR THE NIGHT?!?!! Decided to get an acrylic set put on. I asked for a rounded shape and every nail was a different length and every nail was shaped unevenly. Charged me $35 for horrible looking nails. I am by no means a nail snob but if I am going to pay this much I expect my nails to look much better. I will be going to creative nails in Cashmere from now on. I will not be returning to this salon. My sister got a gel manicure and she said it was the worst manicure she has ever received. She said the manicure was painful the entire time. This is not acceptable. They riped my sisters nail and didn't even try to fix it with nail glue but instead continued on with painting her nails. I will change my review to one star. read more

I was visiting from out of town when my friend decided to treat ourselves to Mani pedis. She made the appointment a head of time to ensure we could get done at the same time, but the staff seemed disorganized and were not prepared. Our pedis were OK but there was minimal interaction between us and the staff. It is very rude to converse with your coworkers in a foreign language while providing a service. We both had reg polish on our toes and gel to the fingers and initially appeared completed. Later that day my friend noted that her toe nails were badly smudged and she did not have a top coat over the glitter polish on one hand. mine seemed to be alright. It has been one month since that service and I have developed several ingrown nails. My daughter, who is a licensed esthetician, said that the nails were cut way too short to allow for safe growth. She had difficulty trying to alleviate my pain because the edges of the nails were still very short I have had my nail done for years in many different places but never this shoddy of a job. This nail place is ok.... Clean and prompt service yes. But the pedicure is sad. Massage portion was minimal and cuticles where quickly trimmed but nothing extra. I was sitting next to a woman who clearly had no respect or courtesy for people that work in an industry that is NOT appreciated. An employee stole my daughter-in-law's wedding rings after a pedicure!!! My daughter in law took her rings off after putting lotion on and set the rings by the lotion container. After leaving, she realized they were missing, and my daughters went back and asked if they had picked up a set of wedding rings- - nobody had seen them. She left her phone number and continued to search around the nail drying station. We all left, and later we went back and asked again if they had seen the rings. A client who was having her nails done said to us a nail technician picked them up. So we asked them twice, "Where are the rings you picked up?" Everybody in the salon just looked at me. I asked again where are the rings? Another technician with a yellow blouse got up from doing a client, went over to another nail technician, and held out her hand. Having been called out, this technician produced the rings which we had asked her for twice -- from her POCKET. It seems that every employee knew exactly what had happened, and only responded honestly when they felt they had been found out. Watch out - no HONESTY and no Integrity. read more
