I recently moved into town and was reading the yelp reviews to find a nail salon. There were so many positive ones about Forever Nail with the reviewers raving about how kind Helen and Daniel are and what a wonderful job they do... I went in yesterday, hoping to make an appointment and found out that THE REVIEWS ARE ALL TRUE!! This sweet married couple treats every customer like family. Helen made time in the schedule for acrylics and a pedicure for me and I was blown away at the amazing job she did! The time went by so fast because she felt like a dear friend! There was a time when the salon was empty, so her husband came and they both worked on me together, and he was just as wonderful! They are the kindest people and are the utmost professionals. I tried many other nail salons in the Wenatchee area before coming across their business. I have been coming here for over a year. Helen and her husband are wonderful and Helen does a great pedicure. She even gets that painful hang nail. I was so happy to learn they were opening again that I called and made an appointment for June 6th st 10am. I spoke to Daniel and he gave me the time. It's to bad neither one of them showed up for my appointment. I called and left a message, of course no answer. So, OFF I went to go run the rest of my errands. I called again, left another message. Still no answer, no reply. I changed my schedule for this appointment, for this weekend. I was really looking forward to having this done since I was going away for two weeks on the 7th. This is the 3RD time Daniel has screwed up my appointment time. Usually I just laugh it off and say I must have screwed it up. I have never screwed it up. I am uber on time. I am never late, it's very rare for me to be late. However, I am really angry that no one even showed up or has even attempted to call me back. It was a complete waste of my time. I do not appreciate this as a loyal regular customer. read more

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to. I have had acrylic nails on for four years, and I have never been so impressed with how my nails look. They never break, are strong but also thin, and they have such a big selection of polish that I can get anything I want. It is owned and operated by Hellen and Daniel. They are the only two I have ever seen working there and both are very nice. I've only gone there three times, but Helen remembers my name and all kinds of things about me. I would definitely make an appointment, if you don't then I doubt you'll get it as it's usually busy with just the two of them. APPOINTMENTS NOT GUARANTEED. I was visiting my mother in Leavenworth and we MADE AN APPT for the two of us to get a mani/pedi. We both sat for 30min after our scheduled appt. After that, I was started and 20min after that my mother was able to join me. The poor time management goes beyond our own service. Three women during and after us almost left. Another mother/daughter had been waiting and as they quietly gathered their things to leave, the manicurist said that he was "finished now" and hastily finished up my mother's manicure to get to them. Luckily I didn't miss my flight out of Wenatchee that day. Sadly, I also have to say the manicure was not great. read more

I live in a small town called Okanogan, about an hour and a half away from Wenatchee and every time I come to Wenatchee I come to Helen and Daniels. She does an AMAZING job on pedicures and manicures! Not a single cut or nick. She's sweet and makes great conversation. I showed her a picture of some nails I like on Pinterest and offered her opinion on which colors on the pallet matched the closest. ( I was way off) I paid 25 for a gel manicure and 25 for a regular pedicure. Anyways. Can't say how much I love coming to this place. Unless you time to waste, don't bother. I had an appointment and showed up on time. I waited 45 minutes without any communication from the 2 owners who were working on other people. Nothing. Then they helped someone who came in after me and when I told them I'd been waiting they said "sorry we overbook." I'm sorry - what?! I understand overbooking. It happens. But to let me sit there for that long without ANY indication that I wasn't going to be served in inexcusable. A lady waiting for her cousin told me it happens all the time here so she doesn't come here anymore. Wow....No stars if I could. I have never left a review on a business but...I thought I would try this nail salon based on the reviews and because my regular place in Wenatchee has new owners and it has not been as reliable. So, called and made appointment of 2 manicures, for me and my mom who is on Oxygen, it's no easy feat to get her to a salon to get her nails done. When we arrived, we were asked to wait, they were running late. Ok, fine. After 15 minutes a regular apparently walks in and had an appointment too ( I think?) because it was only 15 minutes after our scheduled 2 appointments. They tell her it will be a while, they are late, she states she is going to go elsewhere. Well, they ask us (who had been waiting already for 15 minutes), and had drove from cashmere, and had a babysitter for my kids for our mom and daughter time to just leave, go do VK nails around the corner.....WOW. Ok, so just FYI nail salon owner, I get my nails done regularly, both Mani and pedi, and was really hoping to find a new salon. Thats cool though, I can keep up the search for a new, reliable nail salon. Working for the largest employer in the valley I will be sure to let everyone know where not to go.... read more
