The lady who does nails here took good care of me and did a beautiful job. I went back several times until one day the man did my nails. It was a repeat of the first incident at Bridge Street. I went again, and it was the lady, great job. The time after that, it was the man for a second time. Again I left bleeding on several fingers, and the nails were crooked and uneven. He's sloppy with the tools and doesn't seem to have control of them as he should. I've decided that acrylic nails are no longer worth the pain. I'll not be back here or any other nail salon.

I didn't think anything of it and figured gel was included and if not they'd let me know. Well it wasn't included and they put gel on me and then at check out asked for $65. I asked why it was so much more and they said well gel is an up-charge, I asked why was I not told or asked if that was ok. The response was well we figured you wanted gel and just put it on. I said it would have been fine if asked but this felt like they just did it to up-charge me more. I was expecting $45 not $65 and that's a huge jump with no explanation. They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it. It's not hard to communicate and they failed to do so, be sure if you try them you ask them about everything they do.

I cannot say enough about these folks! The people are sweet and friendly. If you explain where in your body you have the most trouble, they will concentrate their massage on that place and really help to work out the stress and "kinks." We go here regularly and ALWAYS walk away feeling so, so much better! And the results last longer than when you simply go to some cheap mall massage location.
