Nice place. Not crowded. Holly did a good job with gel nails. They prefer cash. Not my usual place to go.

I went in here to get a pedicure with nail polish, and the lady kept trying to get me to do the more expensive one and wouldn't take no for an answer for a long time and then she was rude to me after she realized that I was not doing the expensive one she was rude to me for the rest of you was not relaxing or comfortable due to the pain. I was feeling she cut my toes so bad that she had to spray chemicals on it so it would stop bleeding and then shoved my foot in the hot water, which did not help the pain and then when I said something about it she just laughed and said i'm to ticklish.. the. proceed to tickle the bottom of my feet and said, " I like to tickle"... i will not be going back! do not recommend! read more

I've been here once before this and the first time went it was pretty decent. Today though, I went home with 5 particularly deep, cuts on the side of my fingers from filing so aggressively. Plus the thick, chunky, and uneven nail's themselves. The woman that was doing my nails, saw I was bleeding a fair amount and proceeded to add the acrylic beads on, which stung from the monomer. That was the first time, on the fifth cut she acknowledged it and said "I'm sorry". The woman rushed purposefully and barely cared I was getting bleeding from her filing. When I got up to wash my hands, and when I left- two workers asked "if I was okay" because some reason they knew I was bleeding... even though they were somewhere else doing something totally different. Went to get my nails done yesterday and I'll have to say this is the worst salon ever. The girl that did my manicure rushed, and kept cutting the sides of my fingers. Each time she would cut me she would chuckle and say "ooo sorry" like it was no big deal. Finally another lady said "are you ok"? and I had to blurt out "NO! I'm not ok, she's cut me on every single finger!" Another issue I have is if the Customer says no, it means no. I was asked FIVE times and basically told I needed to get Gel nails.. I highly do not recommend this establishment. read more

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This is the WORST nail salon that I've ever been to!!! My mom and I came here for her birthday a few days ago as a walk in. I called to get an appointment and they said they weren't busy at all so of course we went, but they were extremely busy! We paid almost $100 for 2 manicures, dip with no tips, and a full acrylic set. Neither one of us were given the manicure service that we paid for and both of our techs were rushing even though we ended up having stay for 2 hours. The nail tech only filed the top of my nails, applied the acrylic, and painted them. She didn't do anything to my natural nails except filing, she didn't push back my cuticles and applied the acrylic way too far back. And, she kept getting up to work on multiple other clients without even finishing what she was doing on my nails so she kept messing up. My mom's nails were in really good shape and had a good length but the tech cut her nails all the way down to her skin after she told him that she didn't want them trimmed. He also didn't do anything to her natural nails and didn't listen to her when she kept having to tell him what she wanted. We both love the colors that we got but the terrible service wasn't worth the time or the money. read more

I payed 50 dollars for these nails . now the rest are beautiful but i was very pacific how i wanted them. and have had jewels places on my finger multiple times. in a matter of two days I am missing half of my jewels. i called to make a appointment and she told me to just let them fall off... like no I PAYED PROUDLY 50 DOLLARS kinda regretting it. This salon should not be in business. They didn't give me the color I wanted, they argued with me significantly, they refused to listen to me, and my toe has hurt for weeks because of the poor job they did. This is absolutely the worst nail salon I've been to in the entire country. We thought we were making a good decision by going here because we were referred by a family friend and because of the positive Google reviews, but we were so wrong. read more

I went to get my nails filled in and one nail repaired. When I went in , they were very rude to me. The lady who was doing my nails filed down my fingers so the sides of my fingers are cut. The nail I got repaired is a lot longer than all the other nails. The manicurist did not know what she was doing. Also, I always get an accent nail and I told her I wanted it to be solid glitter and she made it that there was so little glitter on it, it looks clear.
