I went again, and it was the lady, great job. The time after that, it was the man for a second time. Again I left bleeding on several fingers, and the nails were crooked and uneven. I asked why it was so much more and they said well gel is an up-charge, I asked why was I not told or asked if that was ok. The response was well we figured you wanted gel and just put it on. I said it would have been fine if asked but this felt like they just did it to up-charge me more. I was expecting $45 not $65 and that's a huge jump with no explanation. They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it. It's not hard to communicate and they failed to do so, be sure if you try them you ask them about everything they do.
