We loved having a private space for us to sit in (at no additional cost) and being able to bring in drinks was a bonus. They do offer coffee when you arrive if you're interested in that. The staff was very friendly and didn't rush us, which was nice. They also helped with picking a nail color and tested colors on ourselves so we could get an idea of the look rather than going in blindly.
