I booked Sylvia for a birthday photo session for my two toddler boys. Sylvia was quick to respond to my inquiries and was able to schedule us for the following week from the date I contacted her, which was great. She was a joy to work with and made us all feel completely comfortable. My one year old wasn't easy to photograph, but Sylvia anticipated this with her years of experience working with children, and was well prepared with fun props and toys. During our session, she got the boys to laugh and play and be their best selves. Within a week, our gallery was ready. And we made our selections and placed the package order right away. I misunderstood the number of wallet size prints included in our package and order extras and Sylvia was sweet enough to print them for us at no extra charge. And when our prints were ready for pickup, I wasn't able to come by her studio that day that she notified me that they were ready, and she actually offered to come drop them off for me. Her service goes above and beyond the price you pay. The end product was absolutely amazing. Her work is the result of time and care she takes with each client. She was able to capture the essence of my two boys (age 1 and 4) at this beautiful stage that they are in and their amazing bond with her lenses.
