I was kind of nervous to let her ride alone but TRUST me you have no worries parents, ya child is in under close supervision at ALL times. Staff is friendly and very informative. The ONLY thing that I did NOT like or care for is the family pet! They have a dog that's loose and runs up to guest and also jumps all over them, everyone is not an animal lover so I think they should be more considerant and keep the dog inside or tied up when there's guest on the premises. The dog is a very dog not vicious at all but its all about making your guest feel at ease and comfortable. Besides the dog situation my fam and I had an amazing time :)

If…read moreyour horses are "just horses" to you and you don't care about them, then you won't mind all of the things that make this inexperienced and greedy barn outright dangerous. I moved my two horses to Mollohan in January. Initially, I was happy with the arrangement and thought we would be happy; they only had two horses of their own and they told me they weren't looking to bring any others on - their property was definitely able to accommodate 4 horses without any issue, to include rotating the pasture. Within two months of moving my horses to Mollohan, it turned into a nightmare; despite not having the set up, pasture space, or proper accommodations for 12 horses, they took on 8 more horses. This not only caused their very limited pasture space to be overgrazed, but it also caused the owners to move my two draft horses to a 1/4 acre lot; my poor horses were stuck in the blazing sun in 90 degree May and June temps in the 90s with no shelter or shade. 1/4 acre lot for two large draft horses with no grass, nothing but toxic weeds and manure, and no space to run is inhumane. I informed them immediately that I would be looking for a new barn to move to, as it was not acceptable. The owners are not horse savvy or knowledgeable (the "boarders" that have reviewed below are clearly friends of the owners, as I have a print out that shows all of the boarders and they're not boarders), and their business bookkeeper is their "barn manager" (who also knows nothing about horses) but I hoped they would be receptive to learning so their lack of knowledge and experience wouldn't be an issue. I even offered to help so they COULD do things correctly, but they simply do not care about the horses - they only care about the money the horses bring in. Their property was overrun with buttercups - toxic to horses and cause ulcers, diarrhea, colic, and more - and I nicely brought it to the owner's attention via text in March when they started to sprout, explaining that while horses generally will avoid buttercups, they will eat them when there is no grass (there was no grass!). With 12 horses on less than 8 fenced acres, there was nothing else for the horses to graze on, they were eating them. We couldn't get round bales out there because of the swamp area you have to use to get to the pasture. Their response was, "the pastures are what they are". They showed absolutely no desire to remove a potentially deadly weed from their pastures, despite having a responsibility to provide a safe environment for the horses they were being paid to look after. Not only did I bring this to their attention, but their barn help and at least three other boarders that I have spoken to also addressed the buttercups with the owners, all met with the same refusal to remove a danger to our horses. It wasn't until numerous horses got sick mid-May that the owners FINALLY took it seriously (probably to avoid a negligence suit) and sprayed the pastures. This was another ordeal, as they opted to use an herbicide that couldn't be sprayed while the horses were on the grass and since they had no rested pasture to rotate the horses so the pastures could be sprayed alternately, they wanted to put the horses on immediately after. They had no problems paying for their front yard to be sprayed for weeds and perfectly manicured weekly, or hosting frequent parties (their FB page was streaming these feeds, but they put a stop to that after they got reviewed by a visiting farrier and nutritionist who saw the poor conditions), but until horses got sick, they wouldn't even invest the money to remove toxic weeds that consumed their pastures. That shows their priorities more than any review could. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect safety. We paid for a safe place for our horses, but instead, we got toxic weeds and unsafe fencing (several horses, to include one of mine, escaped on more than one occasion in search of grass because they were starving; the barn owners never bothered to tell me, I found out from one of their employees). We paid an astronomical amount for board each month and still had to pay even more to supplement with hay 24/7 so the horses had forage because the owners simply didn't care that they had too many horses on the property, all they cared about was the money. I can't speak on their lessons, they may be great, but as far as boarding, this is by far one of the worst boarding facilities I've ever seen. They had potential to be great, but their greed and lack of concern for the horses they care for overrides the few positives about this barn; all they had to do was show concern and desire to do right by the horses, making their property safe instead of getting rid of anyone who showed concern - to include barn help and boarders. I have DOZENS of screenshots and photos for anyone who wants more proof of everything I've said.

This is an amazing family owned barn and the owners are wonderful caring people that took on other horses and boarders that had no where else to go since they got kicked out of their current barn. This barn is a very clean well maintained facility and treat their clients and horses very well. The stalls are always clean, the pastures are well taken care of and the boarded horses all have plenty of pasture and are all in great health. The rink and trainer are amazing at this barn and taken extra care of the riders and clients to ensure a fun and safe environment for all the riders and clients. I can say that I know my horse is well taken care of at this barn and for the money invested in horses I know for a fact if it was less than satisfactory I would not keep my horse and investment at this facility. These bad reviews from Baguira and Pat sound like a couple of old women scorned and are just not going to be satisfied from any barn. To use the terms "Deplorable" shows your not an "Equine professional" and you should get out of the sport and get some cats to help wash away your misery. The accusation that the owners don't care about the property and only care about having parties is ridiculous since I constantly see the owners and staff always working to make the property better to serve their clients. This barn and owners are wonderful people and Cobb County is lucky to not have yet another old folks home built in the area and instead a wonderful place to board/ride horses. We love this barn and the owners that run it and open their property to all of the boarders that use the facility.

Nestled in a rolling hills, forest setting, this home is one of several elite estates that make up the equestrian culture Milton GA is known for. The first level, two bedroom suite is meticulously decorated with a casual comfortable feel ... feels very happy and joyful. Open, well equipped kitchen / dining / living great room is a great place to relax. Of course, the getaway is memorable from the incredibly beautiful horses that make this their home too. Breathtakingly majestic creatures to watch as they are on stage in these active working equestrian stables. The owner PB is a delightful and accommodating host. We'd highly recommend this respite sanctuary.
