We moved our daughters 2 year birthday party to Half Day Forest preserve last minute because of great weather and were in need of a moonwalk for all the kids, so the adults could have at least few minutes to themselves away from constant entertainment duties of their needy treasures:). I called around on Saturday afternoon (party was on Sunday 3 pm) with out much success, due to last minute notice and time restraints of hosting the party in forest preserve. I found Bella's Bouncies website already after hours and decided to call with out much hope. The call got transferred to Marks cell phone and Mark confirmed that he can accommodate us. Not only that he could have the moonwalk delivered on short notice, he also gave us a discount for the fees of working with a small time frame of delivery and agreed to 30 min window on the pick up. We were in contact till late evening and got final confirmation at 10 pm, you don't see a lot of this kind of dedication these days. Delivery was 10 min late, but the driver gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was running late, 20 min prior. He was apologetic when arrived and set it up in no time. Moonwalk was clean and little monsters loved it, it was all they did for two and half hours. When pick up crew arrived they patiently waited until we got all the kids out. Recently Bella's Bouncies bought Jump Zone in Volo. My family has gone several times to both Jump Zone and Bella's Bouncies in other locations. Went for a visit today not knowing Jump Zone had been bought out by BB. I wanted to use a free jump pass my son received for having his party at Jump Zone. They would not honor it. The employee texted the owner to confirm he would not accept it and he would not honor it, he said no. As a company that has recently purchased several local business, Jump Zone, and Skate on Grand, in my opinion it was bad business not to honor it. I felt disappointed that they would not honor a coupon that would have essentially cost them nothing. I received that coupon for spending hundreds of dollars hosting a party, Im a customer worth keeping. I have 2 kids who I always throw birthday parties for and I will not be planning any parties at any of their locations or renting any of their inflatables. I go out of my way to support local business and in this case I feel like they did not support their customer. After my interaction today, I will not be supporting them in the future. read more

This was our first time renting a bounce house--we found them on Google and were able to easily book online. It was as simple as selecting your date and time, then choosing one from their available inventory (which was ample even a few days before the event), adding it to your cart and paying. The staff called the day before with a delivery time--the van arrived within that window, the workers were very friendly, quick and helpful. Pickup was also fast and effortless--will definitely consider them again for parties!! read more

I highly recommend Bella's Bouncies and was very satisfied with every aspect of my rental. The employee who took my reservation was very polite, professional, and helpful. I requested the delivery driver call me upon arrival rather than ring my bell and wake my child who would be sleeping during delivery and the driver followed my request. We ordered a water slide and the cotton candy machine. The crew wasn't very helpful when it came to figuring out how to work the machine. We tried asking them but they just looked at us like we were dumb. We finally figured it out and got things going only to discover that the sugar they gave us was expired and didn't work quite right. The water slide was fine but we still feel like it was over priced. Not going to use them again!!! read more

I have been to Bella's on several occassions for Birthday parties and I must say this place does NOT dissapoint! The only problem I have ever had was getting my little guy to leave!
