She was kind enough to do a FaceTime walk through of my 4 bedroom 2,300 sqft home and quoted me $700 for a deep clean. I knew this price was about double the cost of the other cleaners I could've hired but I went with it because I wanted to support this type of small business. The issue I had was that immediately after walking 5 steps into my home, she said she needs to charge me $100 more (now $800) because it was "bigger and dirtier" than expected (mind you she was only at the entrance of my home). Let this be a red flag to anyone who is looking for a cleaner because pricing should be transparent. She didn't tell me if she was charging per hour or per job, it felt like she decided to charge whatever she felt like with no structure. When the job was done, she tells me that the charge was $85 more (now $885) because of "tax." She said if I had cash, then it not would be the $85 more that it was due to me using my credit card and her card reader auto charging me tax. This wasn't shared with me or else I would've pulled out cash. I was not happy with the price as she charged me nearly triple than any other service had quoted me. It is my fault for agreeing to go through with it. Another thing that left me feeling RIPPED OFF is that she kept saying that my house was so dirty and nasty and ugly as she was trying to justify the up charging. My house was not as dirty as she made it seem as I cleaned prior for thanksgiving and I just moved into the home about 1.5 months ago. I do have two small dogs but that doesn't justify an almost $900 cleaning. I will not be using her any further or for a regular biweekly cleaning. I do not have a mansion house it's a standard home in average shape and almost $900 is her taking advantage of me! Also, I didn't check her cleaning before she left and when I did look at the cleaning job, I wasn't happy. She didn't clean the railings on my fridge, nor the inside of my microwave, and residue around the drains of my sinks were still there. Not worth almost $900!! Let this be a lesson to catch red flags and to be straight up about pricing. As for house cleaners, please be transparent with pricing and professional. Do not hire someone for nearly $900 as this is a complete rip off!

The crew rototilled the uneven areas, spread the dirt to even everything out and laid new sod. After a few weeks the sod is growing in nicely. They added dirt to the edges between the old grass and the new sod to even everything up and scattered grass seed. New grass is already growing in and in another week or two you won't be able to distinguish between the old grass and the new. We are really happy with the quality of their work! Absolute Lawn Care starts up our irrigation system in the spring and blows it out in the fall and maintains the system with new sprinkler heads or anything that is needed. Jason always responds immediately to phone calls and we never have to wait long for service. This is a top notch business with a reliable crew and we highly recommend them!
