When my love found the perfect layout for our lifestyle at a Pardee Homes community in Las Vegas, we weren't even looking for the new house, but their design and layout captured me so strong that we decided to go for it! Once we decided to go ahead with a lot and a model, we were sent to the Pardee Home Design Center where we met Fernanda...and talked about everything from knobs to the texture of the walls. Fernanda was truly outstanding--beyond helpful and patient! If you can't decide, they will give you options to explore! If you don't know exactly what you want, they will open your eyes and exercise the options with the fluctuating market pricing. After the options were selected, it wasn't long until our new house would be ready. Joshua took over in assisting us with the build process. He was another bright spot in this experience! In general, All the staff we encountered throughout the process of purchasing our new home from Pardee were professional, compassionate, and personable! Fast forward a few months and we had our first gathering at our new Pardee built home two weeks after we moved in. Not only did we feel at home, but everyone else felt so as well! As I went from room to room to asses how many windows had this issue, I discovered dripping from my dining room window coming from all along the top, both from inside the window itself and from between the window and the drywall. My contractor friend came over and said the frame was most likely not wrapped properly before the windows were installed. Literally every aspect of this build is shit. Additionally, I noticed a few weeks ago that none of the drawer boxes in any of my cabinetry were secured to the tracks...so several have begun falling apart. 20 months...that's how old this house is . I'm so very tired of this.
