We rented the "lakeview manor" (luxury cabin) conveniently located right behind oakside restaurant. Walking distance to the village was only 3-5 minutes! When booking with Lakefront Cabins they offer a 20% discount on boat rentals through pleasure point marina. We took advantage of this great value. Lakeview Manor cabin comes with an AC/DC pin ball machine, when I went to play it, one of the flippers wasn't working so I sent a service request out to Lake front cabins and they immediately sent a technician. Within an hour it was fixed. Very much appreciated! The cabin is equipped with oversized TV's, state of the art fireplaces, and modern style finishes throughout. It's a must stay if you're planning on visiting big bear.

The location was perfect--just minutes from Big Bear Lake and close to everything we wanted to do. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. I honestly don't have enough words to describe it. You simply don't expect this kind of care and attention. The team was available 24/7 and always just a text message away. One evening, we had an issue with the outdoor barbecue while grilling dinner. Within 10 minutes, someone from engineering arrived to inspect it. They realized it couldn't be fixed on the spot, and just 10 minutes later they returned with a brand-new barbecue! That level of responsiveness and commitment to making sure their guests have a great experience is something you rarely find. Every interaction made us feel valued, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. This was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had. We pulled in my family drove up flew in from NC..the cabin was supposed to be ready at 3PM I called ahead. I was stopped it wasn't clean yet. Called they proceed to tell me to wait in the car they have 3 cleaners it should take 30 minutes!! Seriously I said unacceptable..even with 2 on a 2 story 2 bedroom it should at least take a couple hours. They were 19 minutes! Gross. We found mold in coffee maker. Pee on toilet seat. Dead plant on fireplace long hairs on all tables. Sink was not clean food in it. And freezer fridge food white powder Popsicles. Etc. I want money reimbursed. I had to clean plus sit in the cold. Completely horrible.
