I called a week prior to the job, and told Jesse, I was coming up from the South Bay, specifically for this, as I don't live on the mountain. We talked in detail about what was needing replaced, timeframe, and cost. We had a good chat, and he reassured me the cost/timeline. The day comes and his two plumbers were 45 minutes late, and I had to call Jesse asking for an ETA. Once the guys got to the house that's when they called Jesse confirming the installation, and now the price has doubled. I spent over $1000! I have a full-time tenant living in the home, I do not live on the mountain, and I did not have time to start calling more plumbers for estimates on how much this job would cost. I understand pricing can change once you "get in there" and see the job, but I spoke in detail about everything prior to booking... so now I'm just pissed, and being up against the ropes, I just went ahead with the job. Although the price was doubled, the work did appear to be done correctly, and everything was done in less than four hours. I haven't heard any complaints from my tenant about anything leaking or any other issues. It also took a week, four phone calls, and multiple text messages just to get an invoice from Jesse. Out of all the contractors and handymen I have dealt with on the mountain, J.O's Plumbing was by far, the worst. Don't waste your time, energy, or money dealing with him.

He ignores all of my calls and texts. I end up hiring someone else and told him I found someone else and that I no longer wanted to work with them. His guy then shows up 3 hours later and lets himself into my cabin when I have guests there???? I call him multiple times and again he ignores all of my calls. The other plumber I hired had arrived around the same time so I had to use his phone to tell Jesse's guy to leave my property. Jesse then of course decides to finally respond to me saying the job was done and that I needed to pay. I had his guy removed immediately after arrival so he was trying to scam me. NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY.
