Lakeview Manor cabin comes with an AC/DC pin ball machine, when I went to play it, one of the flippers wasn't working so I sent a service request out to Lake front cabins and they immediately sent a technician. Within an hour it was fixed. Very much appreciated! The cabin is equipped with oversized TV's, state of the art fireplaces, and modern style finishes throughout. We pulled in my family drove up flew in from NC..the cabin was supposed to be ready at 3PM I called ahead. I was stopped it wasn't clean yet. Called they proceed to tell me to wait in the car they have 3 cleaners it should take 30 minutes!! Seriously I said unacceptable..even with 2 on a 2 story 2 bedroom it should at least take a couple hours. They were 19 minutes! Gross. We found mold in coffee maker. Pee on toilet seat. Dead plant on fireplace long hairs on all tables. Sink was not clean food in it. And freezer fridge food white powder Popsicles. Etc. I want money reimbursed. I had to clean plus sit in the cold. Completely horrible.
