Just got what might be the best threading session of my life with Teresa. She took my misshapen, overgrown brows and transformed them into exactly what I was envisioning. Before Teresa started she patiently listened to what I was looking for and even throughout the process periodically stopped to give me a chance to see how I liked the progress. I work in Rancho but live in glendale so whenever I can, I make sure to go to Bella's after work. Patty is the artist I work with and she finally got my eyebrows to match one another! For so long they were just barely matching because an area of hair wouldn't grow but she managed to work her magic and make them look even. I love her work. I hate that there's an upcharge of $4 to make an appointment, I've never heard of that anywhere so I just take my chances and walk in. I used to come here for my brows when I lived here. And now that I've move to AZ I have been hard pressed to find a place that does such amazing quality work!!! I come home to visit often and sometimes I'll even let my brows get bushy just so I can get them done here on one of my trips home!!! I also want to take this moment to thank the staff for being understanding and forgiving of an altercation I had inside their threading salon with the nail salon across from them. Prior to coming to Bella's Threading Salon I got a pedicure from VIP NALLYWOOD which is across the street from them. On this day 8/18/23 I was publicly humiliated by VIP NALLYWOOOD in the parking lot and inside Bella's Threading Salon. I didn't realize the nail tech followed me into the threading salon until after the eyebrow service was done. She was waiting for me for about 15 minutes in the threading salon; When eyebrow service was done I was walking up to the front desk to pay when the nail tech approached me exclaiming to take a screenshot of the Zelle transaction claiming they have not received the payment. I tried to explain to her it's the bank processing the payment, I'm not a thief! It was a shitshow in front of the salon. I tried not to make a scene in a busy establishment but deep down I wanted to fight back. Once the nail tech got what she wanted she walked away. I approached the front desk and as I was paying I apologized to the threading salon staff and they were so friendly and understanding even they agreed Zelle payments takes time to transfer. Went there looking for Desiree however she happened to come in late that day, then asked to see Theresa but she already had someone in her chair and waiting....I kinda felt bad after selecting Blanca as my third choice, but there was no wait at the time and no one in her chair. Nice place, they keep it clean and everyone is really nice. It's a little more expensive than what I am used to paying but I needed to find a place close to my house since my other place closed down. I started off seeing the same girl and she did great! My eye brows were cleaned nicely. I walked in to find out she was no longer there so i went with the next girl available, she also did great but when I went back they said she wasn't there. So again I went to the next person. This new girl was VERY new and she ruined my brows. I was really upset. I know threading eye brows isn't a career but it's seems like there's new people a lot and I've only been coming here for a little while. read more

I could give this place a 5 star rating but because I didn't have an Instagram I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with them on the phone I had to click on the link from Instagram to schedule. I couldn't because I don't have an Instagram account. I had to have a friend schedule for me. But other than that everything was AMAZING! I've been coming here for over 4 years and only Blanca and Theresa have worked on my brows. I don't trust anyone else with my brows. I called yesterday and asked specifically for Theresa and was told that she would be available today until 4. So I came today at 2:51 and was told that whoever answered the phone was wrong and that they were closing at 3. Talk about major disappointment! Had I known the CORRECT timing and information, I would've come earlier! And to top it off, the girl that tells me this "new" information tells me "We're open on Monday." This place is good for eyebrows, but OMG do not get eyelash extensions here! First off, there is only one girl- Sandy, who does lashes. Both times I made an appointment (one appt for the initial and the next for the touch up) I had to wait 30 mins past my appt time. They use plastic lashes here, and they are the ones you buy from Target. My eyes were in pain for the whole week when I got my lashes put on due to Sandy getting glue on my eyelids, and due to glue leaking in my eye, yikes! I wanted to get my lashes taken off on my "free touch up visit" but she convinced me to leave them on and that it would get better. The next day after my touch up, the lashes were lifting up! This should not happen right after a touch up. Nevertheless I called in to have Sandy remove them, which she wasn't there, btw she's hardly there. I ran over to Jessica at The House of Beauty and she was in awe at how badly my lashes were placed on, it took the salon over an hour to remove them! At The House of Beauty they put on actual individual MINK lashes! And the price is relatively the same. This place is absolutely unprofessional, Sandy gossiped about a client under her breath to me while I was getting lashes done, what kind of business does that? Bottom line, this place does good threading on eyebrows, but do NOT get your lashes done here! They are cheap yes, but it's not worth it! read more

Amazing place! I am so happy I yelped this place!! Blanca threaded (NOT WAXED, since I was corrected when filling out the check in board) my eyebrows and this was the best brow shape and clean up I have had in a VERY VERY long time. I "vacationed" in the inland empire for about a month and moved recently far far away from this place which leaves me yet again dissapointed that I found a place I loved and I can no longer return to it. The process was quick (and for you newbies, so you don't look like an ass when you come in) the hand sanitizer is for your hands as you will be touching your face to hold your eyebrow up and eyelid shut so she can thread the hairs on the eyelid. The cotton ball at the end (I think) is for cleaning up and relieving your eyebrows after the threading. I share this with you newbies cause this was my first time and felt dumb to not know what was going on... Best of all..... (drum roll please) $9.00 YES NINE DOLLARS! THAT'S IT!! Seriously this place is for us "ballers on a budget" cause the reason why I've had bushy brows is the fact that I can't pay to get a good wax unless I shell out 20 bucks! THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE. But damn the person who doesn't want me to come here since I no longer stay in the inland empire. Fail. Plus, they had a special going on the same day, $5 for a henna tattoo. My mother couldn't resist and had to have herself one. The artist who painted her tattoo was really good. I came with a coworker who suggested we try their services after she grabbed her morning coffee one day. Being they were so close to work and after reviewing the reviews (via yelp of course), we made our way over for lunch. My brows by Ever came out fantastic and the process was quick, clean and virtually painless. Blanca, who took care of my coworker, did a fantastic job. We didn't come out with the same shaped eyebrows. They each shaped our brows to accentuate and frame our face accordingly. Arches were aligned suitably. Huge pluses in my book! I hate to be the 1st to give this place a bad review...but I will. This place has 5 stations but only one guy working on the Saturday morning that I decided to check it out for the 1st time. I walked in 3 mins after they opened and patiently waited for 30 mins when the guy (I think his name is Ever), after interrupting his service multiple times to make calls + answer calls (yes, there was also no front desk staff present so he was answering calls + seeing clients) finally says they're short-staffed and it will be an additional 20 mins wait!! I assumed he'd apologize esp since there were 5 other girls in line...but NO apology whatsoever! Any wait longer than 30 mins is way too long for brows. Management messed up with not ensuring adequate staffing. Around 10:50am, the front desk lady decides to show up and still manages to screw up the client waiting list...I was next in line and she totally skipped over me + one other person. If Bella's markets themselves as a threading salon, they better have at least 2 artists working at all times...even the tiny mall booths for threading usually have 2 staff members! Customer service gets 1 star, but I added an extra star because Ever actually did a good job with my brows. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect but Teresa did my eyebrows beautifully. I explained to her what I wanted and she did exactly what I told her to! She is really good. She threaded my first eyebrow and handed me a mirror to look it over. She did my second brow and I can feel her aligning up the brows with the thread to make sure its even. Love the work that Sandra did today. I typically see Blanca or Teresa but I was in a hurry and neither Blanca or Teresa were there. Glad I came out happy with the shape of my eyebrows, thanks to Sandra. The only minor complaint I have is how the girls that are at the register are ALWAYS on their phone. It's like I have to wait for them to get off Facebook or Instagram so they can charge me for the service I had done. In my opinion, that is not good costumer service etiquette. read more

I went in yesterday solely for lip threading, but saw they had the eyebrow/lip special so I decided I would get them cleaned up since I've been growing them out THICK and maintaining them myself. I decided to go with Jovan since her own eyebrows looked nice. Unfortunately, she completely cut my right eyebrow way too short on the top and she knew she messed up because she tried to save it by offering me a free fill-in. I've been here multiple times and it's always been a hit or miss but this will definitely be my LAST. I'm sad I now have to regrow my eyebrows again even after I told her I wanted them thick and no shaping just trimming. Oh well, lesson learned. read more

Crap! Stellar yelp reviews lead me to try Bella's threading salon. I hadn't been in a good minute. There was a plentitude of hairs for the chick to sculpt into a decent brow. I had brow makeup on when I went in there ( which I told her before we for started)... She didn't clean it off to see what exactly should be done. I thought I was cool when I walked out of there because thanks to my make up... It appeared I still had a substantial brow line. Wrong! I've got teeny tiny little bitty eyebrows now that look far from glamorous-- and are an absolute pain in the rear to maintain. She didn't even trim the brows... Just gave me a combover style. LAME!! I guess folks in the desert like their brows super skinny. I won't be returning. Steer clear or Theresa. She gets a huge "Boooooo" from me!! read more

I called in because they said only appointments on the website but they said I could walk in. I did just that and there were two ladies there and they looked annoyed and acted rude towards me when I told them what the lady on the phone said. My brows are now too thin. It took forever to have them grow in and I'm very disappointed with how much hair she took off. She also caught my hairline hair twice when threading which has never happened to me and hurt a lot. I recently moved to this area and I found this threading salon through Yelp. I have been getting threaded for years and I am very protective of my brows. I DO NOT trust anyone that easily since I have had other people mess up on my brows before. Teresa was the person who did mine and I am more than satisfied with what she has done to my brows. On top of that, she speaks English! No offense, it's just that I am tired of going to threading salons where you tell the person what you want and all they do is nod their head and just keep saying, "Yes". I recently came in for an appointment of Friday and I was under the impression that I was in good hands. The artist that I chose had done my eyebrows once before, but at a different location and at that time I was in love. However, 3 months later I come to her new location and she thinned my left eyebrows out so much. It took me a little over 3 months to grow my eyebrows out because I wanted them ticker then what they are. So when I came in I told her "can we try to keep them thick please, even if you have to leave some hair I'm okay with that." I don't know if it had to do with the fact that I was 3 min late to my appointment and she was in a rush because of how booked she's was. Whatever the case was, I did not receive what I asked for. When she was finished I instantly noticed how thin my eyebrows were. I didn't want to cause a scene so I lied and said I liked them. I've never had anyone mess up on my eyebrows before. I'm so unhappy with the work she done. The fact that there's nothing I can do about it to fix them is saddening. I was looking for a new place in Rancho Cucamonga to get my eyebrows done because I was becoming unsatisfied with the results of going to Zibas at Victoria Gardens. I came to Yelp, read the great reviews for Bella's Threading Salon and decided to give it a try. I asked for Blanca since she seemed to have quite a following, but she was on lunch and Deanna seemed happy & eager to help me. I was beyond thrilled and happy with the fantastic and beautiful job she did! I felt like a new person! My eyebrows were so symmetrical and shapely! Deanna is really skilled and "knows & understands" my eyebrows! I've been there twice now, and Deanna is my go-to, although I would not hesitate to see any of the other artists as well. There are also other pros to coming here rather than Zibas, and for me, that is the easy parking, and speed of service. You don't have to wait around all day to be seen and you don't have to worry about searching for a nearby parking space, you can just roll right on up to the door! No traffic, no pedestrians. Met Jessica today and I absolutely loved her! My eyelashes are exactly what I wanted dramatic and full. They can do a more subtle look but I've had them done subtle and there really wasn't a point (just my personal likes) I decided this time I wanted visible full lashes and that's what she did. I've been looking for a place that does lashes that isn't Johnny's I've read the stories and just wanted to avoid all that mess. I didn't see any pictures of their work here which made me a little hesitant but she seemed confident and sweet. Went to this threading salon for the first time today. Had a pleasant experience. I honestly prefer waxing because to me it hurts less but I read good reviews about this place and I know it looks a lot cleaner when I get threading done. They had 3 salon stylist so they took me almost immediately. I didn't wait more than 3 mins. I got my eye brows and lip done. I am very happy with the results. I paid a total of 15$ but not bad considering the speed of the service and it hurt less than it usually does for me. I will be here again. :) read more

BEST threading salon EVER.!! I drive all the way from Apple Valley and it's ALWAYS worth it. Blanca has been my "go to girl" for almost a decade but all the artist do an amazing job.
