I've been living in Rancho almost 2 years and needed a new threading spot. Found Pooja's business via Yelp and decided to give it a try. Walked in around 1p on a Wednesday and was immediately attended to. Clean establishment with ample parking. Pooja did a great job threading and trimming my eyebrows which tend to grow long. I have been a client here for about a year , And have experienced good and bad service off and on. This place is really a hit or miss, The waxing can be too hot and leave burns , or the threading can slip and give you bald spots. I will no longer return to this business. read more

I usually get my eyebrows threaded here and Pooja is the best! She accepts walk-ins and I typically don't have to wait too long for the service. She's very meticulous, and I appreciate how she is open to feedback so I can get my brows to be exactly the way I want them. Pooja is absolutely awesome It's hard to find eyebrow threading spots that actually take their time and perfect their craft. I have very thick eyebrows and I hoped around a lot and they would always shape them I like the natural look been coming here for about a month and a half and the natural look is very clean. I was helped right away the nice lady did her magic so fast I was surprised when she handed me the mirror. She cleaned my eyebrows and left them even and full. I also got my upper lip, I think she has a light hand bc that wasn't painful either. The salon was clean too. $1 service charge to use a CC as payment. Pooja is amazing! I've been threading my eyebrows/face for over 20 years so I know when someone knows what they're doing. She is thorough, never misses a hair, gentle (her technique is incredibly painless and light), and makes you feel pampered. She's an expert with brows too. Leaves them full and natural (but very precise and clean) if that's what you're looking for. She listens to what you want and makes sure you're satisfied before you leave. i got both my lashes and eyebrows done here. ive been to places that charge 100+ for my lashes, but this place is only 35 and ive recieved the most compliments with these ones. highly recommend read more
