There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. Monique was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. She walked me through what she was doing the entire time since my eyes had to be close the entire service. And when I finally opened my eyes, she handed me the mirror and I was so pleasantly surprised with the outcome! It was exactly what I was looking for. I got home and my husband instantly noticed both my eyes and eyebrows! (He didn't know I had this appointment...he just said my eyes looked "fierce" today ). The salon is a little tricky to find once you're inside the building, so give yourself time to find it! The chair you lay on is so comfy too, very relaxed during the service. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.
