As they are just opened and there was no customer at all. An old lady greeted us and seemed very nice but speaks no English, but was understanding with our request. As she was planning to seat us, a younger woman walked in and looked us, then said something to the old lady, then told us there was no table for us. That's all and she walked away! Clearly she was not happy to seen couple of Asian wants to have lunch in her place! Well, that's her losses. We walked out and eat a restaurant right around the corner with amazing foods and services. At the end, we are so glad that we didn't eat there. Judging by the attitude, I won't be expecting their foods would good at all. So, if you are visiting Bologna, avoiding this place by all means!

While this may be common in Italy, it wasn't clearly anticipated on our end and caught us off guard. It was especially great for us that it was covered seating, as it was raining all day. We started with some bruschetta. It was forgettable bread but the tomatoes and oil were both pretty good - not amazing. We eat got a pizza, and both fell in love. We went here on recommendation that it was the best pizza in italy (including Naples) and we concur (only thing better is chicago deep dish). Definitely stop by if you have time - you wont be disappointed.
