K.C. was an incredibly attentive and helpful salesman during our visit. He was very knowledgeable about the Flexsteel furniture and took the time to explain how it was built and what made it different. For such a young man, I was genuinely impressed by how much he knew about the products. My husband decided to go get a beer. So I asked him to bring me a glass of wine. But they wouldn't let him get two drinks. They really need to fix that. I'm taking away one star for that because I had a hip replacement a few months ago and really didn't feel like walking over to the bar and then all the way back to the mattress section which was on the complete opposite side of the bar. But anyway while he was gone, I decided to look at mattresses, K.C. escorted me over to that department as well and continued to be just as patient. What impressed me most was that he knew we were just looking and weren't planning to purchase anything today, but that didn't change the level of service he gave us at all. He treated us with the same attention and respect as if we were making a purchase that day. K.C. was very respectful, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. If I'm not mistaken, they don't even work on commission so to get that kind of attentive customer service really stands out, and we truly appreciated his help.
