    This is by the WORST company to buy furniture from. 3x they tried delivering the correct bed and COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT. We ordered a bed. First time it came opened and used with MAKEUP all over it. Second time it came with missing pieces THIRD TIME and still missing foot board pegs. I don't know how this place is still in business. I'm disputing all my charges and throwing this bed in the trash. Zero value for your money I have never been so upset with incompetence. This company is going down the drain.

    We bought our dining table here over two years ago and had no issues with it. It was during peak pandemic so the play area for the kids was closed. Just recently I remembered it had a play area so decided to take my kiddos there. I didn't realize how massive the play structure was! It is free to enter, kids that are not potty trained need to be supervised by a parent. The paperwork to enter is a bit tedious and they have a specific procedure when exiting that could be annoying if you're in a rush to leave. Other than that, my kids had a great time! Beats paying at Cheeky Monkeys!

    Horrible Horrible Horrible. Not only did they send us the wrong chair, they argued with us when it was clearly on the invoice. The latest is their warranty service won't cover a simple stain. Living Spaces sold us on the service stating they will cover ranging from simple stains to pet damage. Basically they sell you to a third party called Warrantyservice.com which auto-denies every claim. What a nightmare. Calling Living Spaces and escalating does nothing as they say they have no responsibility and to deal with the 3rd party. We bought over 6000 dollars worth of furniture including 500 dollars in warranty and this is how they treat their customers. Stay Away!! Below is a chat with their lovely customer service.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!! Everything was great until the delivery guys left. I spent a lot of money on a reclining sectional and one of the chairs makes a screeching/griding sound and the foot rest is damaged. I'm certain they were aware of the issue because they fully reclined the other two seats, but only reclined the middle seat a few inches and then went on their merry way. I called within 10 minutes of the delivery guys leaving and was assured a return phone call with options before the end of the day. The rep offered a discount of around $120 but I spent thousands on this thing so I declined. It has been more than 24 hours and I have yet to hear from anyone.

    Love Living Spaces! Their store is so big and has a a great variety of modern, affordable furniture and decor. Their delivery options are also fast and affordable. The store now offers a full kids' jungle gym with supervision, a coffee and tea station, and a bar to order drinks (wine, mimosas, and beer) and snacks. You can order a drink and enjoy it while walk around the store... makes your visit so relaxing! Just ordered our second piece of furniture from here and can't wait to put it together.

    STAY AWAY from this store most of the furniture is out of stock, not available or online. We bought a wall desk that was suppose to be brand new in two boxes to be put together. So we paid extra for them to assemble and place inside our house. Well it was not new it came already assembled, used and damaged. I saw it in the truck and I told the guy that's not a new one. So he called customer service and they said they would charge 30% restocking fee and still charge us the $99 delivery fee if we don't accept it. I told them no I'm not taking it because it's used. It was not new in a box. It was already put together and looked used. I told them that it was already used. It had a puncture hole, stains and water damage. I took photos of the damage and the delivery driver did too and they drove away with the item. They said they did not have anymore in stock so I called to customer service again and told them I wanted a full refund since I didn't accept it damaged like it was. It was a hassle with them had to insist or I would not get a full refund. Also you can't call the store directly and you can only talk to a call center. So what this store did was try to push a used damaged item on me because they were out of stock and unavailable. I don't know where the salesman conjured this item up from because the photo in the website was not available and the showroom item was not for sale. Most of the items in their showroom are not available and a lot of furniture items are overpriced. Also, online furniture are not what you see on their photos. See photos of damages from the desk below. Don't trust this company. The company was good when they first opened in Anaheim,California. This store is sneaky and you can get hurt here. A crystal fell on the floor off a table the salesman was spinning and it broke and popped on the floor and got in my eye. I had to go rinse out my eyes. Their managers never called to see how I was doing. Terrible pizza by the way. Not edible, very dry, all bread. I would be ashamed to serve their pizza.

    I came here with a friend to look for a sectional or couch for my living space. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a floor manager and he described each section of the floor to us. Ultimately, he directed us towards the area that fit my style and we were off! This store has tons of options to choose from and it can be overwhelming. While looking you're able to purchase drinks at their bar and we ordered two mimosas. I ended up coming into contact with Shirley and she did an amazing job assisting me in piecing together a beautiful sectional for my living room and picking out a rug to fit. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. I ended up ordering a custom order sectional and it arrived sooner than expected. The delivery men went above and beyond to deliver my sectional! I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will shop with Living Spaces in the future.

We did the expert match thing again and right of the bat, he told us he would start on the lower end then work up because what's the point of having to spend more than you need to? He's my kind of guy! We tried about four mattresses and picked out a Serra iComfort at $2500. He had us try one more that was much more expensive just to see the difference. We didn't feel much of a difference and we picked the $2500 one. He gave us the marketed $100 off the mattress and after I asked about pillows/sheets, he said he'll give us a $200 credit on that as well. I also asked about the Yelp freebie and he said you don't want that. It's a pretty cheap frame. This deal is much better. Yes! When we were checking out he said he'll just throw in another $100 off to make it an even $400 off. Fantastic! The mattress was delivered a couple days later with seriously the most amazing delivery service ever. Red Carpet deliveries. They literally rolled out a red carpet at my front door and put on red booties over your shoes. I love companies that do that. My only curiosity is that another couple came in after us and since he was the only employee, they had to wait a long time. He told him he would make it worth their while. I want to know what kind of deal they got!

I tried all the memory foam beds and settled on an iComfort. And -Wow- what a mattress it is. This bed is more comfortable than any Westin or Four Seasons hotel I've ever stayed in. Who knew memory foam could be so amazing for your comfort (and sleep quality). Delivery van was on time, and the movers were in and out in no time. A good experience, I'll definitely be back when I need another mattress- PS: I highly recommend the memory foam pillows as well. Not cheap, but makes the bed/head feel perfect.

I had gone to Mattress Clearance and decided to check out Mattress Firm before I bought anything with Gray. I thought of going to Mattress Firm since they are a corporate store as well as to review pros and cons, I can assure you that Mattress Firm sales people are hungry and very educated in their mattress knowledge, they quoted for almost triple for what I paid at Mattress Clearance. When I let the mattress firm know my budget it was as he was not interested in the sale anymore, which saddened me. I then went back to Mattress Clearance to get my furniture from there, Gary was able to get me a free pillow and a free mattress protection. From now on I will only buy my future mattresses from Mattress Clearance on Plano Parkway and I will let my family and friends to only go here. I am extremely happy with my purchase

I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.
