We browsed around for about 20 minutes, found a couch and a rug. Bought it. Delivery team was excellent! When I responded, no, I'm just looking, I was then told "well no one is on commission if you have any questions". I said ok and browsed around the front area. Seems like a lot of customers have similar stories to me with Living Spaces. We paid about 11k to furnish almost all of our home with them in May/June 2026. 2 week ago i ordered 2 white bedroom chairs, one of the chairs arrived today. 8/11/26. It took me 5 mins to put the chair together and i quickly realized the pre drilled holes which also had screw threads were drilled in the wrong places, because the seat part was 2 inches off on one side. Living Spaces asked me to send the pictures and agreed it was a defect, they offered to bring another one but i had to wait 2.5 weeks, and they would not have them bring the replacement in and either have them put the chair together, or watch me do it to ensure the defect was not present on the replacement. I explained i had in the last 6 weeks spent close to 11.5k with them and as a gesture of goodwill could they please at least have them watch me do the 5 minute install to ensure the holes were lined up correctly this time, No we cannot, i asked to speak with a supervisor and i got one and he was even more adamant that no matter how loyal a customer i was they would not ensure that the replacement chair was free of defects on the re delivery, if that one has a defect just follow the process we have here and we can start again, i let them know that you make this choice now and i will never use you again and cancel all my current orders, no problem i will cancel them for you. Up until now i have not had a single issue with them, all previous items were awesome but the way they treated me today will be the very last time i ever shop with Living Spaces. Customer service is everything and if you cause an issue and refuse to make it right then you cannot expect customers to be loyal either. read more

This is by the WORST company to buy furniture from. 3x they tried delivering the correct bed and COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT. We ordered a bed. First time it came opened and used with MAKEUP all over it. Second time it came with missing pieces THIRD TIME and still missing foot board pegs. I don't know how this place is still in business. Wonderful service from beginning to end. The Young men whom delivered and set up the patio did a fabulous job. Totally 10 star service. They were extremely professional courteous & knowledgeable as to what they were doing. The patio is fabulous. The gentleman who set up a whole L shaped sofa a dining room set chair and tables with such ease and professionalism. I was so very impressed. I highly recommend this Store "living Spaces". I went to the one on 121 in Frisco. Easy parking. Great service inside large selection great prices easy in and out and the delivery. I will never buy another thing from Living Spaces! We went to the Frisco, TX, location and bought a bedroom set, paid for it in full, and set up the delivery for it. We waited all day with no call or text so we called them. We were told that the delivery was cancelled due to there being a balance die of $8.46. I asked what the heck for as we paid it in full and had it scheduled for delivery. I asked numerous times for what, and each time she didn't know why. Almost an noir on the phone, she said she fixed the balance due now to $3.86. I said I'm not paying anything. When she sent that to me I noticed the difference was that they charged $8.46 more in the sales tax. Makes no sense. So now she says they can deliver it Saturday. I said I'm not paying extra for that and I will need it delivered before noon. She said she can't pit that down as the window is from 8a-6p. I said I took off today and waited all day, and I have plans Saturday afternoon, and I'm having surgery Monday and needed it delivered before then to set everything up. She said it didn't matter. Mind you...this was THEIR ridiculous error. I said they need to credit me something for this huge I convenience. She said that won't be happening and said I should be happy that she foxed the problem. Is this for real?! Wow! I asked for someone higher up several times and she would say there isn't anyone. Mind you too that these people are not in the U.S. because I asked since I could hardly understand them. I have tried any and all phone numbers to Living Spaces, which ALL go to a call center out of the country. There was no way of finding a number to the store. I sent a message through Facebook. A response came back as it typically takes a few minutes to respond, guess what? Eight hours later and 8still no response. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as there is horrible customer service once you step outside their store! They needed to make this right, but didn't, because they do not respect the customer by not showing local store phone numbers but rather pushing us off to a foreign country who apparently don't have the authority to provide good customer service and making the problem right. Their stated reason is that people apparently come to play and not shop. So then they deprive shoppers of it. All your kids will do is see it and then whine and make you wish you'd never come. We bought our dining table here over two years ago and had no issues with it. It was during peak pandemic so the play area for the kids was closed. Just recently I remembered it had a play area so decided to take my kiddos there. I didn't realize how massive the play structure was! It is free to enter, kids that are not potty trained need to be supervised by a parent. The paperwork to enter is a bit tedious and they have a specific procedure when exiting that could be annoying if you're in a rush to leave. Other than that, my kids had a great time! Truly terrible experience. We went in to buy a king sized mattress and told the salesman that we wanted a firm mattress. We ended up landing on a Revive Quartz 14.5 Firm King Mattress. We have now had it for 6 months and it has already sagged 1 inch on both sides but is perfectly full in the middle. We are both small people. We had someone from claims come to measure and confirm it has sagged 1 inch in 6 months. The warranty says it must sag 1.5 inch in order for them to do anything. I repeat...we've had this mattress for 6 months. They won't do anything about it and it has been a terrible customer experience. read more

We are extremely disappointed with this company's response. We purchased a sofa and loveseat in February and soon noticed fraying on the loveseat footrest. We filed a claim through the Care Free Protection Plan that we purchased at the time of sale, but the claim was denied on the grounds that this issue was supposedly not covered. A few months later, we discovered additional fraying in other areas of the sofa. Since the furniture was still under warranty, we contacted Living Spaces directly. Our claim was again denied, this time with the explanation that the damage was caused by improper cleaning. This claim is completely unfounded--the sofa has never been cleaned with any products or cleaners. Rather than taking responsibility for what appears to be a manufacturing or material defect, the company offered inconsistent and unsupported excuses to avoid honoring their warranty. Based on our experience, this company is unreliable and lacks honesty in how it handles customer claims. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Not only did they send us the wrong chair, they argued with us when it was clearly on the invoice. The latest is their warranty service won't cover a simple stain. Living Spaces sold us on the service stating they will cover ranging from simple stains to pet damage. Basically they sell you to a third party called Warrantyservice.com which auto-denies every claim. What a nightmare. Calling Living Spaces and escalating does nothing as they say they have no responsibility and to deal with the 3rd party. First Visit on a weekday: I had a decent experience here. First visit, I was alone and walked through looking for a bed for my teen. It was nice to not be harassed but the employees lack customer interaction and niceties. When walking through the bed area, an employee was sitting on a bed, head down, in her phone. In other areas, also very nonchalant. A smile and greeting would have sufficed. When I did ask an employee a question about a particular bed and if it came in a full size, he was polite but said no. There was no assistance or showing me what was in Full size in a similar design. The store itself was fabulous, the furniture selection is amazing, there is a cafe inside and the biggest kids play area I have ever seen in a store. I did not find what I wanted on this visit. Went home and continued searching online for a full size white bed to match my teens demands. Lol. I found one at Living Spaces Online! They have totally different options online. The employee totally missed that opportunity to tell me this when I asked about Full sized beds the prior day. Returned to the store on the weekend and with my husband because I wanted him to see the great store. We were greeted right away in this visit. No one bothered us while we browsed. I went to customer service because I wanted to order the bed I saw online in person because I was paying part cash. The transaction was good. Bed arrived within a few days and assembly was super easy. Pleased with the quality for what we paid. I definitely prefer the stock, quality and selection at Living Spaces over NFM or other furniture stores in the area. I will purchase from them again (eyeing a king bed and a dining table!) My only suggestion is for staff to smile more, look and act approachable, stay off your phones. read more

Despite some of the reviews we saw, my husband and I decided to make the drive out to the Frisco location and I'm so glad we did! We were greeted by one of the sales reps, Sergio, and he was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect couch arrangement to fit our living room space. I mentioned to him that I had already purchased two accent chairs, and he found a similar piece in the store and carried it over to help us visualize how everything would look together. That gesture meant so much to me because I'm a very visual person and seeing the setup in real time really brought the vision to life. If it weren't for Sergio's help, I know I wouldn't have been able to confidently make the decision to purchase our couch. Love Living Spaces! Their store is so big and has a a great variety of modern, affordable furniture and decor. Their delivery options are also fast and affordable. The store now offers a full kids' jungle gym with supervision, a coffee and tea station, and a bar to order drinks (wine, mimosas, and beer) and snacks. You can order a drink and enjoy it while walk around the store... makes your visit so relaxing! Just ordered our second piece of furniture from here and can't wait to put it together. read more

Sweet baby Jesus, if you are parents wishing to leave the kiddies at the playground - don't. Just don't. The young ladies they hired to watch your kids apparently aren't trained in watching kids. When my kids were crying, one lady sternly said "don't cry". I wish they had gotten me instead to get them out of there. And that's why they were crying - they were trapped with less than motherly overseers. My kids begged not to return which just broke my heart. If I had known I would have taken them out immediately. Terrible customer service. I ordered a coffee table for pickup. There was no way to track the order until it's final arrival, which was late. There is no option to speak to the store, only a call center. I was told by the call center that it arrived and after driving 45 minutes to the store, it was not there. The person at the cashier's counter said they were "gonna call me" but hadn't yet. They also promised to call the next day and never did. I finally was able to see it arrived but never got an email or text that it ever arrived. It's terrible always having to speak with a call center and never the store. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Everything was great until the delivery guys left. I spent a lot of money on a reclining sectional and one of the chairs makes a screeching/griding sound and the foot rest is damaged. I'm certain they were aware of the issue because they fully reclined the other two seats, but only reclined the middle seat a few inches and then went on their merry way. I called within 10 minutes of the delivery guys leaving and was assured a return phone call with options before the end of the day. The rep offered a discount of around $120 but I spent thousands on this thing so I declined. It has been more than 24 hours and I have yet to hear from anyone. read more

Ultimately, he directed us towards the area that fit my style and we were off! This store has tons of options to choose from and it can be overwhelming. While looking you're able to purchase drinks at their bar and we ordered two mimosas. I ended up coming into contact with Shirley and she did an amazing job assisting me in piecing together a beautiful sectional for my living room and picking out a rug to fit. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. I ended up ordering a custom order sectional and it arrived sooner than expected. The delivery men went above and beyond to deliver my sectional! Garbage customer service. Their defective couch damaged my wood floors, they acknowledged the product was at fault, yet they ghost me. Plus the fabric feels like sandpaper. I went in with one of my pillows and pointed it out, the manager said "yeah that's normal, this couch has been on display for several years and is worn in. I literally cannot sit on it with bare legs. Stay well away from this place and don't waste your money. Edit: talked to someone (this is appr the 6-7th call I've made) and the person last time never bothered to create a damage claim. I bought a power lift chair for almost $1000, 5 months later I can't use it because the controller broke . Who knows how long we're going to have to wait to get the broken piece replaced. I've been calling multiple people seeing if they could expedite my claim and all they say is I'm sorry it's a claim issue, you need to wait 3 days for them to call. It would be alright if I wasn't handicapped and basically live in the chair. If you buy furniture from them, they will take the price of the drinks off of your final total. Just a really pleasant experience. Okay I honestly have no idea what the low reviews are about. Did one jaded customer make a bunch of different Yelp accounts and just go on a Living Spaces smear campaign spree LOL??!! From my experience, this place was amazing! And my wife agrees...and she's super picky! Where do I start? So first off, the place is massive and has just about any furniture you can think of. And everything is so clean and organized! The salespeople are helpful, but not pushy. And everyone is polite, both customers and workers. It's really just a fun place to be. Pretty typical for Living Spaces for those familiar with the brand, but wanted to let any newcomers know as well. Okay what else? Did I mention they have an awesome kids play area, plus a cafe that serves food, beer, and wine??!! Maybe that's not a shocker for some, but the Living Spaces in CA (where we just moved from) never had that. So down to business, we bought a couch after landing on one that the salesman had recommended when we walked the show room (Friday night). We ended up buying it online the next day (Saturday morning) for SAME DAY DELIVERY! Full white glove service, the couch was delivered and setup around 730p that Saturday night. We were updated every step of the way, so we knew exactly when the couch would arrive. The delivery guys were super polite and did a great job. We tipped them, thanked them, and gave them some water. And they thanked us and moved onto the next job. Seriously couldn't ask for a better experience. Would give them 100 stars if I could. We need a few more pieces of furniture for this house, plus an ENTIRE HOUSE full of furniture for a new place we just bought, and we plan to buy as much of it as possible from them. Thanks again Living Spaces! First time reviewer, but not first time buyer. We've purchased tons of furniture from y'all, from 3 different stores in 2 states, and we're just disappointed that we didn't come back for more stuff sooner. Guess we forgot how awesome you are! I've been leisurely shopping for new den furniture and wanted to check out Living Spaces since they advertise so much on TV and I have their song stuck in my head! We were greeted at the door and the gal said that Barry would be back in that area of the store and he would take good care of us. Barry was extremely helpful in finding some options that will work in our space. We're not sure exactly what we want - perhaps 2 rocker recliners and a love seat. We found a comfy rocker recliner that we both liked. We also saw a love seat that folds into a guest bed. We're not in any hurry to buy something so I feel zero pressure to do so. The prices seem almost too good to be true. I'm concerned about the quality of the furniture. After reading the many Yelp reviews about what happens after you buy, I'm not in any hurry to "pull the trigger" just yet. I did see a rug hanging on a display that had frayed edges and I thought, this does not look good or make me want to buy a rug here. I have ordered several pieces from Living Spaces. I order a piece of furniture and was happy. I order something else and everything was fine. I ordered my 3rd piece today and it was a bed. My husband works over night and did not get a chance to remove the headboard that takes 2 minutes. The workers came in and decided 2 min was too long and called the company and said they would leave the bed they wouldn't assemble. The thing that took me over was and you still have to pay the $129 set up fee. I was understanding until that point you charge me for a job not done. I refused the item told them to take it back and still have to pay a restock fee so I'm still paying for this bed. This is not good business. If you have to leave it because of my issue fine but let's cut the cost but to charge me for the whole thing is an absolute rip off and it needs to be said. read more

The customer service in-store was great. There's always a big difference between the service you get in store and the service you get after. When we had our furniture delivered to our home, the installers damaged our wood flooring. I mentioned this to the installers and asked if I could speak to a supervisor. He then spit on his hand and tried to wipe up the scratch. Once I filed a claim with Living Spaces they said the damage of the floor was not their fault. You would think a company of this size would know not to drag/push furniture on wood flooring. read more

Purchased a 3k couch and was told no interest for 60 months. Lie #1 A year later I Purchased a bed for my 3 year old end of august. Was told I had 36 months to pay it off. Lie #2 When the bed was delivered the workers told me they couldn't assemble it (paid $100 for assembly) because they didn't have all the pieces. Said they would return in a week. After many phone calls they returned the same night and AGAIN told me they couldn't assemble it due to not having all the pieces. I told them to return the bed and they took everything with them after taking pictures. The next day I contacted living spaces in fear of a bill and was told "I see the return and there won't be a bill". September 25 I received a bill from synchrony (the financing company) for the bed. I contacted them and they told me to contact living spaces. When I contacted living spaces they said they have no record of the bed being returned and only one part of the bed was returned. "Where is the bed? You'll have to wait for your refund until we talk to the warehouse to find out if the bed was returned". Lies, incompetence, and being accused of being dishonest and a thief. This would have been 5 stars from past experience. We bought a couch from them and had our kids with us and they got to enjoy the play area while we enjoyed the amazing cafe. Today we went with our friends and couldn't get any of our kids into the play area and the cafe closed while we were waiting to be called. Real shame after driving 45 minutes to look for a couch, bed and they were looking for outdoor furniture and a desk. Needless to say we couldn't shop and left empty handed. I'm shocked to see how low the overall ratings are here - these days I think people only review if they have a terrible experience and no one talks about the good. I will preach on the good! I had a 10/10 FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE when I was there earlier this week. I was greeted by a friendly face Laila was her name I believe and she was kind enough to search my zip code right away to ensure I could get full service delivery. Then I ventured back to purchase a bed frame and mattress for my upcoming move. That's when I met my soul sister Michelle and her supervisor Deandre. They were excellent!!! They were considerate of my needs and price range and had a great selection of things to choose from. The process was easy and most importantly ENJOYABLE!! Every associate I met in the store was so kind and genuine. My items are set to be delivered in a couple weeks and I'm really hoping the process will be as seamless as my experience at the actual store. (I will be sure to update this review if things change) but for now, don't let the low and harsh reviews scare you- GO TO THE STORE!!!
