They even had parent seating for myself right where the room divider was to have a good view of both kids. I appreciate how they have little vinyl booster pillows for the seat gap since my kids are pretty small & don't quite fit the adult seat when fully reclined. They also had TV available for their favourite show while they wait & the experience comes complete with headphones & kiddie sunglasses. I love the service here, the dentists & hygienists were amazing and friendly! I have to give a shout out to Lani, she was so awesome for my youngest (who refused to open her mouth last visit)- her bedside manner was superb with my kid, showing her the tools to reduce fear, and she picked up on cues & addressed it quickly if my kid was uncomfortable at any point, even changed the polish flavour from chocolate to bubble gum mid polish, and sang nursery rhymes to my 5 year old while she worked.
