Of course, when my wife pulled up, there was a written note on the window saying "Pharmacy is closed @ 1:30pm (it was 2:30 when she got there, so lunch was definitely over) The register staff just said "the automated times aren't official". What a joke. Why have the automated times at all? Why have an automated phone system if it gives incorrect information? I'd rather speak to a human that could've told me this hours ago instead of wasting our time like that.

I rang the bell for assistance, which didn't work--something the employees were apparently aware of but never addressed. Even though staff saw me standing there, no one came over to help. One employee was chatting with another while checking out customers but still didn't acknowledge me. I eventually had to walk over, wait in line, and ask if someone could assist me or if I was supposed to help myself. Only then was I told, somewhat rudely, that the bell was broken. This kind of service is unacceptable--customers should not have to chase down help, especially when the staff can clearly see someone is waiting. A little courtesy and attention would go a long way.

Made an appointment for elderly parents to get Covid boosters (as we've done many times before). Elderly parents show up and are told that Medicare doesn't cover the booster. They leave. I'm confused and call Medicare and am told that Medicare covers them. I call to explain to Kate that Medicare does indeed cover them. Kate can't seem to accept that she is wrong and instead is rude and condescending. We make an appointment at a different CVS pharmacy and have ZERO issues--get the booster & Medicare pays. It's extremely annoying dealing with a condesceding know-it-all who knows nothing. Had she simply taken the time to call Medicare and learn what she had to do, I'd be writing a positive review. She may also consider having some compassion and empathy for elderly people. I'm guessing it's not unusual for people on Medicare to go to the pharmacy to get vaccines--please get the proper training!

She said well I will get it ordered now then but I'm she said I'm not guaranteeing they will have it tho. I said ok well thanks and I appreciate that. so I waited THREE days to call back and see if my important medication order arrived yet and another lady answered and said no body put any orders in for this medication ! ( this medication you have to take every day at the same time or it could be dangerous and you can go into severe withdrawals and seizure by the way !!! ). and I'm almost OUT now and the other lady said sorry for that MISHAP but she didn't put an order in at all for u. AO NOW I AM IN PANIC MODE so the new over younger girl ordered it this morning. this is very dangerous. You can't tell someone you're ordering their medication that they need that is life and death and then NOT do it and then tell him you did it. How is this lady working there??
