They gave me a trade in value for a new vehicle, but the trade value was bare minimum, they could have done better since it was completely their. Recently brought my truck in for an issue on my transmission under warranty, they put a new valve cover on, after getting the truck home transmission fluid leaked all over my garage they had the vehicle towed back to their dealership and supposedly fixed it, after getting the truck back again I took a trip to Grand Rapids the vehicle started smoking, the transmission was slipping and heating up, I had the vehicle taken to Lafontaine Ford in GR, they said the transmission was overfilled and the excess was coming out the transmission vent, they drained the excess and tested the vehicle to make sure it was not damaged which cost me close to $200 dollars when I confronted Koehn Ford about the issue they refused to pay but offered to put the cost towards items to buy in their dealership, when I told them I would not come back to their dealership they stated they would have the service manager call back never happened. I will never go back, not sure how Ed Koehn got so successful with this type of service. Stay away from this dealership.
