Then, Betten Baker Lowell told us they put a new battery in to repair our Ram. We had to have our Ram towed to Cedar Rock Auto to be repaired for much less than the 17k Baker quoted. We discovered our original battery was in, not the new one Baker supposedly put in the Ram. Do not use Betten Baker, they cheat. I recommend you find alternative service like Cedar Rock, Todd is a straight shooter.
