It's been a few months since I had my first experience with Belle tire, it left a bad taste in my mouth so I feel like I still should leave a review. I typically go to discount tire right down the street from them, but they had a longer wait time. since it was an emergency, I decided to stop in here. I got a nail in my tire just two blocks away from them, thought it would be a quick fix. After waiting for over an hour, I was told my tires were too bald ( not true) for the repair. Mind you I had a vehicle inspection at my dealer two weeks prior and they said my tires were still in good condition. They would be the first ones to recommend Tires if they were showing major signs of wear. They knew I was desperate, I was late picking up my child from practice and it was getting dark, I wasnt just going to roll out of there on the flat. They said they did not want to be liable in case something happens to that tire due to it being bald. ( there should be waivers for this) I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of being a female. The technician came out with a quote for a full set of tires, $1500. Something I never asked for. I simply wanted a Repair and was forced to buy a brand new tire. Another thing I didn't like is that they went through my truck to search for the rim keys, I don't know if this is normal, but I felt like they should have asked me where they were before start searching through my belongings. read more

I brought my car in for a nail on my tire. The staff was fast to assist me. They also told me, even i did not purchase the tire from them they offer free tire patching for as long as it is repairable. I only waited for 15 mins and it was done. Their waiting area is clean and the chairs were very comfortable. There were also televisions and free coffee to keep customers entertained. this place is a scam. they will tell you something is wrong with your car and recommend a service if you decline the service then they tell you how they can't even finish/ complete the work that you came in for in the first place unless you get it done. Just to come back and tell me nothing is wrong with it and they can put the tires back on. Waste of 4 hrs going back and forth read more

I would avoid this place at all cost. Terrible experience back in December. we took our gmc terrain in to get 4 new tires. They scrapped/scratched two of our rims. They had called and let me know about one but never mentioned the second one. Then said they will let me know when it's done, well they took way longer then they said which was fine but I called about 30 min from closing to ask when it will be done and they said oh yeah it's been done can you hurry up and get here we're going To be leaving soon. next morning woke up and the back tire was flat. Filled it up and brought it back in and they said it was something To do with the valve stems. you would think that would be checked when putting on the tires and filling them up. They also promised to order 4 new rim Caps for the tires since they scratched 2. Well we never heard back from them. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

The first time we used Belle Tire, they broke a sensor and Toyota had to fix it. I said we'd never go back but my husband wanted to give them another shot. So we got our tires there 1-1/2 years ago and they're junk. read more

Rene claimed to be the manger and refused to honor free oil change coupons the gave us for earlier bad service with tire change. He was rude and said the employee who gave us the coupons dose not work with company no more and he will not honor the offer, also admits the service we had at the store ignoring that we are dealing with company and not individuals. Even, he did not care when I told him we will contact the company and better business bureau. Company does not honor its word and does not guarantee services does not deserve to serve customers. I took a random chance on Belle Tire and I'm so glad I did. I received outstanding service and their prices are very reasonable. Their advertising is incorrect. They claim to be the cheapest tires but it's not true. If you shop around you can find many smaller shops that offer great deals. Empire Tire off of Wolf rd is a great alternative with amazing pricing. FALSE CLAIMS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE MADE. read more

TL;DR It took over 5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. A mechanic stripped 2 lug nuts and lug studs during tire rotation. Shop had to order replacement lugs from Pep Boys. No remorse or apology from Manager. Go somewhere else to get your car serviced! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation 3 days in advance. I was told the service would take 1 hour. When I dropped off my vehicle at 11AM, I was told the service would take 2 hours and I should be expecting a call once complete (Around 1pm). 3 hours went by and I decided to call for an update (2pm). I was told my car was next in line and it would be another 30 minutes. After another hour, I called again and was told I can head over to pickup my vehicle since they were still finishing up (3pm). I arrived at the store at 3:45pm to pickup my vehicle. I was told my vehicle was still not ready because two lug nuts were stripped when rotating the tires. (The oil change was still not complete at this time). The store did not have the right size lug nuts and had to order them from Pep Boys across the street. The new lug nuts did not fit because the lug studs were also stripped and needed to be re-tapped. After another hour of waiting, the new lug nuts were installed and the oil change was finally done. After 5 hours, my oil change and tire rotation were finally complete! The manager did not charge me for the services, but showed zero remorse and gave no apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced. read more

Omg , I am sorry happy to tell u how honest they are I'm selecting tires for my boat trailer , Joe told us what tires he had from cheapest to the best . No pressure on what we picked ! I had a close leak on my tire and he found a screw in my tire , took it off and put a patch and plugged the tire for free ! read more
