They were super communicative with my son, and also with me (I'm sure I was being a little "extra" since I was a little worried to begin with!) They were (unfortunately) unable to patch the tire, but had an appropriate one in stock to replace it, so my son was safely on his way in just a couple hours. It didn't break the bank, either, which was a relief since it *was* an after hours, roadside call. "Thank you" for your care and service doesn't say enough. I got it towed to them and they go forward with charging me full price for another tire. My hands were tied because I couldn't drive the car somewhere else. Directly after I took the car to Nissan auto shop and they told me they put the wrong size tire on the car... this place probably knows as much as you when it comes to cars. Go somewhere trustworthy and that has a database on what cars they have previously worked on since they will act like they forgot the service they performed.

I had the spare put on and the tow truck driver recommended coming to the city to this spot. They totally hooked it up! Erik took a look and explained to me my tire issues with my pressure sensors in a way I could understand because I'm not that knowledgeable about cars, and it was so understandable. They ended up adjusting my tire pressures quickly and I left there without spending a penny and with more knowledge feeling great because my car is fine and the weird noise was gone. :)
