We were booked for 10 nights at this hotel between Sept 27-October 7 2016 to explore all over Italy. 2 days prior our flight, Bellesuite hotel called us for confirmation and was very excited to know that we were all set for our trip. The next day, Expedia called us and told us that Bellesuite hotel was canceling our reservation due to a renovation??! Really! A day before our flight. Expedia had no clear reason why this hotel had to cancel our booking, but could you imagine the stress that it has caused me and my husband? We were traveling with our two children so even our kids were very excited to see this hotel in person but we only got very dissapointed. Expedia stayed with us on the phone for about 2 hours trying to accommodate and was trying to figure out where and what hotel they'll put us. It was really stressful what they did. Expedia finally booked us in a 2.5-3 star hotel which we learned to like after few days. Clean and it was in the center of Rome. But for Bellesuite Hotel, they didn't even call us to tell us what really happened or least apologized. So I give you -1 if possible. Your customer service is all the way negative! DO NOT book at this hotel! They'll try to bait and switch you with their other sister hotel which are 2 stars, away from the city center and far from transportation. read more
