He did the first cleanup on the 11th of November, so on Thanksgiving there were leaves all over and it did not appear to be done... But that was okay with me because I figured he was coming back. I inquired about our agreement on December 5th and when he would be coming back. He then states to me that he came before thanksgiving, states he did it on the 26th but I literally had leaves all over and that wasn't the agreement. So now the snow is melting and it's reaching 54 degrees on both December 9th and 10th and I am going to be left with leaves still all over and still coming off the trees. And when I do tell him that there were leaves all Over check out his response in the screen shot that he did a large quantity and to compare it to the a "tiny" bit he left behind. So you admit to a poor job but feel that it's okay. Please look at my screenshots of our text messages. Very Dishonest. I do not recommend at all.

He checked our roof and provided us with a reasonable estimate to soft wash the sections. His estimate was very detailed and he included photos showing exactly where he would provide the soft washing. Once the weather improved his team was able to pass by and they finished the job in reasonable time. They did an excellent job - our roof looks great. If this happens again next year - I will call Flawless Finish to clean our roof.

Have I got a tree guy for you! Pedro and his team attacked…read moremy yard filled with trees. Six needed to be taken down, many others needed severe trimming. He estimated the work would take 2 1/2 days, and offered a very fair price for a lot of work by any definition. Pedro and his guys worked efficiently, safely, cleanly, and courteously. They powered through the work (some of which was very precarious with large limbs overhanging a neighbor's house.) Was the work equipment loud? Sure. Was the work messy? Yup. But, the team minimized the noise by only firing up the chipper when necessary (I've lived through other tree companies that leave the chipper running throughout the entire day), and raking & blowing the debris throughout the day. They completed the job ahead of schedule. And, the entire property looks spectacular. They did a phenomenal job! Two thumbs up from this very satisfied customer. Give Pedro a call.
