I was offered a free loaner car until my car was fixed at 3pm. They have a couple cars for this. I lucked out today. The team there was super busy and cars and people were all funnelling thru. That didnt stop them from getting me back on the road quickly tho. I will always get my vehicle to Midas for all mechanical repairs. Its not just a brake shop. Their mechanics are experienced in all areas of mechanics and cars. The price was reasonable. Very pleased.

Attendant asked me specifically upon check in if I would like the tire rotation, I said yes absolutely. I sat and waited for my service. I could watch the entire process through the waiting room glass from where I was sitting. The oil was changed, but there was no 60 point safety inspection completed, nor was there a tire rotation completed. My keys were returned to me in the waiting room, I was called up to the counter where I asked about what was NOT completed on my vehicle. I was told my vehicle didn't need it??? The attendant then tried to back track and said if I waited around they would complete the rest. Had I not been sitting there watching the entire time I would never have known I was getting scammed .

Made the mistake of taking another tire to them to have replace just to have them do the same thing. When I asked where my tires was one of there staff tried to get into a fight with me. I was notified when they came in and went to pick them up. When I got there, a young man (Im so sorry I can't remember his name) was putting a cover on somebody's truck. When I stopped my truck and went to get out, he stopped what he was doing and asked me if he could help me. I am a senior and was having a little trouble getting around. He told me to stay in the truck and he would get my Parcels for me. When he brought them back to me, he took them out of the boxes for me and installed them I have not seen that kind of customer service in years. I am so impressed by this company. Still they took my car in at 10am and returned it after 40 minutes. When asked for time delay, Allan behaved rudely. They have bigger poster of mission statement to save time of customer and pictures of their accomplishments which I believe are fake fo sure. BEWARE!!! I took my car to Discount Muffler (owned by T & T Mechanics) for over a year but stopped…read moreafter receiving poor service. I regularly asked the mechanic to ALWAYS be on the look out for problems and advise me of such. Yet he failed to notice on numerous occasions an alignment problem causing uneven tire wear. He even swapped out my winter tires (which were already ruined as a result) and put on my summer tires which then were also ruined. So two sets of tires were ruined at their hands. The uneven tire wear was plainly obvious. I later discovered what had occurred when a mechanic from ANOTHER shop pointed it out. I complained to owner Ted Taylor in writing, even providing photos of the damage and dates. He ignored numerous written letters and when he finally did respond he said it wasn't his problem. He made no offer to do anything - not even a discount on a new set of tires. Obviously my business was not valued so I have never gone back since. Driving a car out of alignment risks loss of control and an accident. My entire family was put at risk because these guys failed to notice the obvious.
