I rarely ever write reviews but felt compelled to make the time to share how awesome Archie and his team at Bellevue Eastside Upholstery are - super nice, reasonably priced, and so quick! We have a tufted couch that had 1-2 buttons that popped off and needed to be retightened. When they started work on it, they noticed the other buttons also needed tightening and called to let us know that they could also fix those too (to save us from having to have to call them again for another repair). To top it off, they offer pick up/delivery and also got the repair done in 24 hours! I'd like to thank the folks at Bellevue Eastside Upholstery for their kind gesture of delivering my reupholstered chair cushion when I panicked before my daughter's wedding. The top cushion of the chair had been damaged by our dog's nesting on it for years and we had a miscommunication about when I had hoped to have it completed. Yes, the quality of the reupholstery was top notch (completely reupholstered the cushion to match the damaged one - new zipper, piping, worked with pattern...) but these folks also care about their customers. I had some very expensive specialty fabric and they were able to cut and reupholster it so precisely I was able to have some pillows made with the remnants. They were able to stain the legs to match the fabric and highlight the grain of the wood. We are more than satisfied. Good Work!
