Many offices were excepting new patients but couldn't give me an appointment any sooner than a month or two away. Fast forward to Today's Dental, I walked into their office to see if I could get an appointment for a cleaning. To my surprise they gave me an appointment for 2 days away. On my appointment day I arrived and was called back almost immediately. Had the pleasure of being seen by Doctor Snyder and he was amazing. Great conversation, steady hand, very conscious of my comfort and he did an amazing job. He showed me before & after photos and I thought that was a great use of technology so the patient can see what was accomplished. The facility was new, clean, modern and very impressive (They even had TV's mounted on the ceiling) (lol). The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I had an exceptionally amazing experience and I look forward to going to my next appointment with them. I would recommend this location to anyone I know in need of a good Dentist. To Today's Dental - I don't know how many people send thank you cards to their Dentist, but I know that if any Dentist deserves it, you do. I needed retainers I was told my insurance covered them so i agreed to have them ordered. They charged me $80 dollars just for a cleaning then try to explain to me why I was charged that. Why my insurance didn't cover it. Some how I had a $ 80 credit on my next visit. They waited until pick up to tell me I owe $480 bucks because insurance didn't cover them. Wtf why couldn't someone call me tell me this at first. Now I'm stuck with retainers and trying to figure out how to pay for them. I used to see Dr. Jeffery Siegert there, then he retired and now I see his son Dr. Tyler Siegert there. I have had to have kind of a lot of dental work done over the past several years, a lot of it due to childhood cavity fillings gone bad. The Siegerts have always managed to get me in ASAP to deal with an urgent situation. Everyone is so nice, I always wish that I could chat for a while without having the tools in my mouth! The only bad experience here was when I had to have a cracked-all-the-way-down tooth pulled, I really should have taken the option of going to an oral surgeon on that. But that's more about me and my tooth pieces than it was about the dentist. Dental work can be scary and uncomfortable at times. The people in this office really do their best to provide competent, caring, and timely service.

It seems like this clinic nickels and dimes. Their work isn't that great of quality, and they push…read moreunnecessary, or more expensive procedures. They twice told me I needed a crown instead of fillings. I got one of the crowns done, and then switched insurance to a very expensive one so on Jan 1st I'd be able to get the other one done. (They were not happy I wanted to wait a month and a half to get a crown). I saw a new dentist in January and he said I just needed a deep filling, and looked over my X-rays and said I never needed the first crown. They upsold me on a laser gum treatment and told me insurance would cover it.... It covered $40? I paid the remaining $150 out of pocket. I also got a bill from them 7 months post service saying insurance didn't cover something. When I looked at my insurance, it was denied for failure to submit the claim in a timely fashion. It took 3 phone calls before I finally said: "it looks like it was denied because it wasn't submitted by your staff on time, is that what you're seeing on your end" and magically the bill disappeared. Great personalities, terrible people, terrible treatment.
