This place is a God-Send!! I recently moved to Omaha and I've been searching for a Dentist since my…read morearrival. Every day I call 3-5 dental offices to see If I could get an appointment. Many offices were excepting new patients but couldn't give me an appointment any sooner than a month or two away. Fast forward to Today's Dental, I walked into their office to see if I could get an appointment for a cleaning. To my surprise they gave me an appointment for 2 days away. On my appointment day I arrived and was called back almost immediately. Had the pleasure of being seen by Doctor Snyder and he was amazing. Great conversation, steady hand, very conscious of my comfort and he did an amazing job. He showed me before & after photos and I thought that was a great use of technology so the patient can see what was accomplished. The facility was new, clean, modern and very impressive (They even had TV's mounted on the ceiling) (lol). The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I had an exceptionally amazing experience and I look forward to going to my next appointment with them. I would recommend this location to anyone I know in need of a good Dentist. To Today's Dental - I don't know how many people send thank you cards to their Dentist, but I know that if any Dentist deserves it, you do. Thank you for welcoming me in, providing fast, professional quality service. NOTE: Upon my exit, they gave me the best goodie bag with a great toothbrush, toothpaste and mouth wash.

I needed retainers I was told my insurance covered them so i agreed to have them ordered. They charged me $80 dollars just for a cleaning then try to explain to me why I was charged that. Why my insurance didn't cover it. Some how I had a $ 80 credit on my next visit. They waited until pick up to tell me I owe $480 bucks because insurance didn't cover them. Wtf why couldn't someone call me tell me this at first. Now I'm stuck with retainers and trying to figure out how to pay for them. Thanks today dental you guys really need to learn better customer service

Unethical Practice of pushing Fluoride for profit! Make…read moresure you and your family members understand what your insurance coverage. Especially whether Fluoride is covered. Most insurance companies do not cover fluoride for adults. Why? Because it is in toothpaste, water, and almost everything that we drink like milk, pop and ever beer. I went to another dentist for 30 years and not once did they offer or recommend Fluoride. I had to find a new dentist due to the staffing issues at previous dentist office. Looks like I picked the wrong place. The hygienist will ask you if you want fluoride right after polishing your teeth (which has fluoride). If you say yes and insurance does not cover it, you will be handed a bill for $30 when you leave. They should look up our coverage and let you know that if not covered you will be charged $30 out of pocket. There are other Google reviews about this same topic. Doesn't look like that are willing to change their process to inform the patient of any charges and not surprise them with a bill.

Unbelievable.......what dentist doesn't follow through on fitting a crown! Stay away if you expect professional care!

These people either have no idea what they are doing, or they are scamming people at the cost of their teeth and/or insurance. Always start non-invasive, & non-surgical. They didn't do what they should have done, and wanted to jump straight into surgery. Way to much, when a simple cleaning fixed my issue. I'm actually glad they refused to do my cleaning, there's no telling what damage they would have caused. To sum it up, my second exam revealed my dental issue is no where near as bad as they made it out to be. They had me worried for nothing. There were a lot of red flags, and I'm glad I trusted my gut. I do not recommend.

The cancellations even occurred before the window and made clear at reasonable times. No need to bring it up every 5 minutes with different nurses. Information is supposed to be kept confidential and no need for everyone else to hear so why shout when the patient is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?! Also when a patient is saying that they're in pain, the nurse yelling and stopping saying, "What is it? I'm not doing anything!" is BEYOND ME. If someone is in pain from your lack of knowledge on how to use the medical tools correctly, is crazy. Why blame someone when they tell you they're hurting. UNPROFESSIONAL. Apparently, there is a common problem here on how this staff treats guest, and need some training on basic customer service. Says a lot coming from a medical place that deals with people's teeth. Find some place else PLEASE.
