I normally don't write reviews about places I visit, but I fed felt I needed to for my experience at Allure Dental with Dr. Burke Noel. I was referred here by a coworker and I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. I was very anxious about this because I was pretty ashamed at the condition my teeth were in. Amy at the front desk was very welcoming and greeted me with a kind smile. She let them know right away that I was there and Sharon, the dental assistant, came out within a couple minutes to bring me back and get acclimated to the room. Sharon was very good at letting me know what was gonna happen next and made sure I had no questions. She also went on to ask me if I needed anything to make me feel more comfortable like a blanket or a neck pillow. Doctor Noel was also very Kind and did not make me feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. He was gentle and made sure that I experienced no pain. He and Sharon worked quickly and efficiently and they both seem very knowledgeable in the work that they do. They treated me like a human being rather than just another client. I am a real wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Burke Noel gave me such a gentle shot of Novocain when I got my crown today, I asked if he had actually given me the shot! This dental practice has the latest in state of the art equipment and they are dedicated to excellence. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire staff is at Allure Dental. Going to the dentist is very difficult for me due to a traumatic experience in my past. They were not just understanding, they were compassionate and went out of their way to be gentle with me both physically and emotionally. Because of how I was treated today, for the first time in more than a decade, I feel like I might be able to go get my teeth cleaned without ending up in the fetal position when I get home. I am a new patient on a referral from family. I shared with them on my first visit that I am a high anxiety dental patient and they do everything possible to ensure I am comfortable. 5 stars across the board on every interaction with everyone I have come into contact with in the office or on the phone. I feel very safe with the pandemic precautions they take, and they are always cleaning and disinfecting anything that a patient or staff member comes into contact with. First of all my time always at Allure Dental is a five stars out of five. This last procedure I got a chance to use the sunglasses and the noise reduction headsets. And wow did they make a difference. I was so relaxed listening to the jazz music with my eyes closed and could not see the light in my eyes.
