Poor Customer Service the staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I asked for advice on which battery would be best for my car, they gave vague answers and seemed annoyed by my questions Lack of knowledge the employees did not seem knowledgeable about the products. One of them recommended a battery that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle model. I only found out after struggling to install it and having to return to the store.Overpriced products the prices were significantly higher compared to other stores and online retailers. I later found the same battery for 20% less at a competitor.They said Manger does not allow online price match something AutoZone is good for.Return policy hassle when I tried to return the incompatible battery, I was met with resistance and had to argue with the manager for a refund. We rolled up into Autozone and Leo hooked us up! Super friendly and went out of his way to help us get the parts we needed. Most part houses I've been to are kind of...well, lame. The customer service is usually hit or miss and most of the time the employees just want to give you the stuff you need and expect you to leave them alone. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated so well at this Autozone. Leo and his associate (I wish I knew his name, you know who you are) not only found the parts we needed but actually talked to us and joked around with us like normal human beings. Leo helped me before when I was looking for truck parts and even then he was extremely helpful. That's the kind of business that Selah needs right there. Even the guy stocking the parts was very helpful and had no problem giving us the best customer service possible. Thank goodness we found this place and the employees that work here. Btw, the parts we found were by far the cheapest we could find in the entire Yakima valley. Same product the dealership carries at a fraction of the cost. Excellent!!
