My boyfriend and I biked along Strandvejen from Copenhagen and stopped at Oliver's Garage to refuel. We both got one of their specials that includes scope of ice cream topped with soft ice, and your choice of sprinkles. One of the sprinkles options is chocolate powder?! Which is apparently quite common in Denmark. I was intrigued so I ordered half chocolate powder and half licorice sprinkles. I highly recommend this combo if your a licorice lover like myself. Ice cream is all organic and locally made. In addition to serving ice cream, they also offer coffee, sandwiches, and other small bites perfect for a picnic at the harbour.

Try it once to say you've done it, run all the way home to burn off the calories you just consumed (unless home is across the street, then run up to Louisiana and back) and then go somewhere else the next time. Their strawberry flavor is tasty, but my all time favorite flavor is the ferrero rocher. The ferrero rocher flavor taste just like the actual piece of candy to me, which I love and have very rarely so it's a nice treat to have it in an ice cream form. Their other flavors are tasty, but nothing super special. Like i said though, i've only tried a select few flavors. I'll definitely be back as it's still a great option when you're in the mood for ice cream, but definitely try the ferrero rocher flavor if they have it :)

Anyway I picked the Oreo flavor and I payed the low price. The ice cream was DELICIOUS!!! And even better it wasn't even that unhealthy. Turns out it is made with low-fat milk. Another thing that I love about this place is that it is so convenient and close to my house. They are also all over Copenhagen so the next time you see a Paradise ice cream place definitely stop in and treat yourself to a delicious ice cream.
