We ordered tile from Bellew for our kitchen project. The tile was to be delivered to their store the day before installation. I called the ahead on the delivery date only to discover the tile was not a part of the delivery. I worked with Liz and Jimmy, the store owner, and they bent over backwards to get the vendor rep to drive the tile to them and Jimmy personally delivered it to my home in time for the installation to proceed. (It looks great by the way.) Customer service is easy when all goes well. Bellew came through when it went sideways, which is what the pros do. read more

As first time home-buyers, my boyfriend and I are first-time renovating our bathroom and despite lots of research were fairly clueless about what we were doing. Fortunately, the best decision we made in our renovating process was coming to Bellew. They could not have been more helpful in helping us select our tile as we described what we were looking for in terms of style and price point and found us tile we absolutely loved. Due to some bumps and bad decisions, we frequently returned to Bellew needing to exchange or return different materials and we always received the same friendly and helpful service. The owner even came out to give my boyfriend some very helpful advice (never trying to "sell" us anything) and as a result, our shower looks amazing and we know was done correctly. Michelle was especially helpful, friendly and amazing to work with and always remembered details from previous visits (and this place is busy so that point was very impressive!!) I would travel from any distance to work with Bellew again, but we are so fortunate to be just up the street and we will absolutely work with them again. read more

Friendly, great customer service. Very knowledgeable. So much better than the big box stores. As a contractor there's nothing worse than having a home owner pick out tile from Lowes or Home Depot and trying to install an inferior tile that are different sizes, poor quality, knowing I'll probably be back for repairs. Bellew Tile is "the" place to go for tile advice and a vast selection in our area. Their showroom has so many examples of tile choices that at first it's a bit intimidating. Fortunately they have such knowledgeable folks working there to walk you through all the different products that finding the perfect materials for your project becomes possible. I was assisted by Dolly, who selected a variety of tiles she believed matched my description of what I was trying to achieve in my project "vision." She also gave me the name of a wonderful tile installer (thanks Steve!!!) who returned my call promptly, came out for the estimate ASAP and even arranged his schedule so that I could get my tile installed before my big party! Steve and his trusty sidekick Nate did their installation work superbly, for a reasonable price, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and left me extremely thankful Dolly had recommended them. i have a new review since 8/17/13 folks. went back to the store to pick up some grout for my husband last minute. thought the store was open on Saturdays till 3pm. got to the store at 2:10pm. opened the door and at the desk was a sweet woman who said the store is closed. i explained my situation; it was my responsibility today to go the Bellew (earlier) to pick up grout for my husband; i forgot-the young lady called her dad and they both accommodated me. my every experience with this family has been amazing and it only gets better every time. they take such good care of their customers. such wonderful people. sorry to hold you all up today but i'm so grateful to your service to me. read more
