We ended up having to have the glass taken down (which cost us $600 out of pocket) and hire another tile company to grout and silicone seal an area that was missed by Da silva ($300 out of pocket) since he started ghosting us once we showed him the area that was missing grout/seal. We had three tile companies come take a look at the shower and all said it was the tile/ seal that was missed that was causing the leak. Da silva wouldn't take responsibility. Extremely disappointed.

This shop fabricated the top and threshold to our specifications very quickly. We were able to see the slab beforehand at the warehouse in Avon, which was very convenient to Braintree. In addition, I was able to consult directly with one of the fabricators, Hugo, and pick up the finished materials. Hugo provided outstanding customer service. I'll be going back for materials on future jobs.
