Okay, so, how can I go about this? Where do I even start? My husband surprised me with a "pamper yourself" spa day and I just feel so bad his money was wasted. The fact that I even had to travel the extra mile to get what was supposed to be a perfect pamper day, ended up being a day filled with regrets. Regrets of going behind my GO-TO nail salon. Regrets of getting up in the morning and rushing through traffic to make it to the appointment. The regrets of trying new places. The regrets of leaving a tip. (AH!) As you can see from the photos I have posted, the quality of the pedicure and manicure is just not good. The service my husband paid for was "Hot Hydration Manicure" ($25) and the "Hot Hydration Pedicure" ($35). To upgrade from regular manicure to gel cost an extra $20 so I paid the extra amount hoping the polish will last at least 2 weeks. I left a $10 tip so overall amount totals to $90.Gel manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks or more, but the polish started chipping after 2 days. They didn't even try to scrub my feet, rather, it was just an "act" of scrub so they can legally say they scrubbed my feet. I am having a hard time understanding how this place is still open and running if the workers provide low-class and cheap quality service. I mean, the place is clean and is a cute spot (that's why they get 1 star). It has potential to be likable. But my cuticles weren't even cut cleanly. The shapes of my toes are all retarded. Sigh... Not to mention, after making my appointment, I needed to change to an earlier time so I called back and left a message. I don't get a call back until couple days later, I get a call because the person who was supposed to do my mani and pedi called in sick. So that already gave me a bad feeling. How selfish of them not to respond to the client's need, but only cater to their needs. Anyway, I won't be coming back to this establishment. Today, I went in for my hydration mani-pedi that I got from Groupon for $35. I had to call in 6 times before they picked up but it seems that they do get back to you quickly when you leave a message. Although they do have a parking lot, its small so you might have to park on the side/street. My first thoughts of Bellezza Spa when I went in was that it was quite small; about four seats and only three women running the place. However it is very clean. I do wish they had their nail color selection closer to the the entrance. Their seats also do not have a built in tub so when you do pedi, they bring out a plastic tub with hot water. Although its not as nice, it was still very relaxing and gets the job done. I had the pleasure of Sandra treating my nails today. We were mostly quiet except for some small talks here and there. She's nice and knows what she's doing. The Hydration mani-pedi is the same as a normal mani-pedi with added bonus of a leg and arm scrub, lotion, hydration cream and a massage to work it all into your skin. Felt really nice and relaxing. Since its winter, my skin does dry out and this seems to combat that although I'm not sure if its worth the extra $20. What I love the most is the top coat that they use. I don't know if they mixed diamonds in or what but it feels nice, hard and smooth! I feel like these nails aren't gona chip in a while. Love the top coat. Sandra was attentive and hurried to fix my nails when we were moving back to the chairs and the lotion got on to my nails. I left about two hours later feeling pampered and relaxed. All in all it was a great experience! I opted to get their pamphlet cause it was a wonderful experience. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. It seems like most of their facials are around $100 and their basic mani-pedi is $40 which is about $10 more than what I usually pay. However, if you're looking for a clean, organized place with nice staffs that know what they're doing and don't mind paying a little extra for it then this might be what you're looking for! Definitely recommend though I personally might not frequent as often due to higher price than what I usually pay for. read more

Saw this on groupon so I decided to try this place out. Walked in there for my appointment and the lady said I have been there and I can't use groupon. I told her never been there. She couldn't even find me in the system. She said she just remember me by my face. Lol so, as for the end result. You can tell by looking at the picture. Yes, real men get pedicures. Some nice ones will even bring their mother-in-law. My mother-in-law had a couple of painful nails. Her Kaiser approved podiatrist moved out of the area and other doctors were charging high fees to only deal with the problem nails. I saw that Bellezza Spa offers problem pedicures as an option. Mom would only go if I would also. I've felt self conscious about my ugly toe nails and calluses for a long time. I booked two side by side problem pedicures for Mom and I. This was a first time experience for me at age 63 and her at 85. We both loved it! May did mine and Ann did Mom's. Mom's nail pain is gone and our feet have never looked better! This will probably become a regular outing for us. My wife is a bit jealous that we found something to do without her. She's still a year from retirement. Bought the groupon for hot hydration Mani Pedi. First off let me just say my nails were jacked. Lol that morning I had broken two and walked around with actual sharp claws. Anyways, this place is amazing, took me forever to find a color which probably cut into the milk bath time that I could've used more of. This place is very clean. They use brand new sanitized packaged tools. However, it does get a bit chilly. They make sure to only book a few clients at once so each person receives focused custom care and not trying to squeeze as many clients as possible. They take their time, attention to detail. The lady noticed I cracked one of my toenails and repaired it with glue instead of trying to cut more off. I picked a difficult color and it still looks evenly coated, no streaks, lines or see through spots. My french pedicure has clean smooth lines. It seems like I waited forever for my them to tell me my nails were dry but for good reason! They last much longer, usually when I feel like they're and try to be careful I always nik my nails but they ensure great care. It would be an added bonus for massage chairs but not necessary. I will definitely be returning and trying out other services. If your looking for quality and luxury thats not stupid expensive this would be a great place. read more

1. They were late. Well, barely. Scheduled an appointment for 1pm. I got there at 12:54pm and the doors were locked and the mail was still sitting out in front. I was worried this place wasn't even open, period. I had called three times a couple days before and left voice messages to try to confirm my Groupon appointment, but no answer. Finally as I got back into my car at 12:59pm to drive off, I saw the person's car pulling in. So okay, yes, she came technically RIGHT on time, at 1pm. 2. Super awkward experience. I scheduled a Brazilian. This is a painful procedure, and this technician didn't really do her part to make sure it was more comfortable. For example, no chit chat or small talk; no patting down or holding the area right after the hair is pulled; etc. She just, ripped, ripped, ripped. It was very uncomfortable and very awkward. There was also no music playing, no background noise. Just the sound of my uncomfortable grunts while she ripped away at my hairs with awkward silence behind it. 3. Not a thorough job. She finished the whole thing in less than 20 minutes and it felt super rushed. As soon as she finished, and walked away, I noticed several random (small) hairs and areas that she didn't take care of. I get a wax from the same person every three weeks, but decided to take a gamble and try Groupon here at Bellezza for the first time. I only paid $20 for this, so yes, I'd called it a $20 job. I read the past reviews and while I was hesitant, I still thought I would give it a try. I had a Groupon, so that's probably where I first went wrong...I got drawn in by the hydration offer. Like most of the past reviewers mentioned, they bring out a tub of warm sudsy water. The temperature just right, so i had high hopes that it would set the tone for the rest of the visit. But boy was I wrong. Mind you, I'm not as picky with my pedi as I am with my manicure. Hey, I have to look at my hands all day so who wouldn't be bothered. I watched as she looked elsewhere while barely buffing my nails. They looked jagged and rough. I do my nails at home, so to see her pay so little attention to this detail bothered me. Without a good foundation, all else fails...no matter how hard you try. She then started shaping my nails. I noticed a few nails that needed some work and pointed them out to her before she moved on to the next step. She seemed bothered by this... So I decided I wasn't going to press the issue, I can file it when I get home. No big deal. As she began to polish my nails, I noticed that she wasn't wiping much of it off the brush and was applying thick coats...we all know what happened next - bubbles everywhere. And not just a few here or there...but really noticeable bumps. I mentioned them to her and she shrugged it off and said "I don't know" and continued to apply the clear coat. I'm usually an open book and my expression usually shows on my face, but I did very well keeping my shock and disdain from showing on my face. The nail tech even forgot to take off the mask from my arms and I didn't get the hot lavender oil massage on my legs or arms. The owner, May, was working on a client so I waited until she was free and I could grab her attention. I showed her my nails and luckily she agreed that the way my nails looked were unacceptable. Hey, if you saw it you'd think so too. So May took the polish off and reapplied it herself. That was their one saving grace. But I have to say, it wasn't perfection. She missed the sides and the nail she did try to correct (ring finger), didn't look all that great. There was polish under my nails...sloppy. I suggest they get brighter lighting, because the light from the sun and the overhead lights are not good enough to see that you haven't polished the sides of my nails and the shadows probably play tricks on your perception. As I was getting up to leave, I noticed that they had not wiped away all of the mask from the back side of my leg. I know I used a Groupon, but that shouldn't affect the standards in which you do nails. As a first time customer, you should do your best so that I can become a frequent client. I'm thankful that I did not have to pay the full price ($60). But truly don't see myself returning or recommending this place either. After what I went through I should have just walked out the door. I bought a groupon almost a month ago and realized that it was expiring next week, so I ended up using it today. When I called a few days ago, I got an answering machine, so I hung up. I tried back about 15 minutes later and got through. May answered the phone and got my groupon info ahead of time. I've never had that happened before, so I was slightly worried about what might happen when I showed up [but nothing went wrong :)]. The groupon was for a hot hydration mani/pedi, which normally costs $60. The spa chair does not have a spa foot bed connected to it. They use a separate "bucket" that is covered with plastic for you to soak your feet. This way seems to be cleaner (no basin to clean out or pipes in the system to worry about). While it did come w/a warm milk bath, it didn't look milky and even May acknowledged it, but by the time I noticed, we were almost done. She told the person who was doing the pedicure to use more milk next time. After the soak, removing, and cutting, Minna (I think that's her name) used the scrub, then a mango lotion for massage, and finally a mask. She gave a great massage by using some strength, which was what I needed. Right around that time, we realized that no one had started on my finger nails yet, so May helped with that while Minna finished up with the manicure. Everyone there is very nice and professional. It seems like everyone gets along. They speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. They may talk among themselves, but they are not talking about the customers :) Most of the time they were talking about something related to what they were working on (looking for something, etc.). My nails turned out very nicely. I tipped on the original amount of the service (not sure if everyone does that). You are given the opportunity to buy up to 5 of the hot hydration package at $40/each, but I declined. I get mani/pedis at different intervals, so it might be several months later before I get another mani/pedi at the same time, and I just didn't want to pay ahead. My husband was very impressed with the place and was a little surprised that I didn't buy the deal. A regular mani is $15 and pedi $25 (not "hot hydration"), so it's somewhat comparable to other places. They don't reuse several of the items (I forgot what), so their overhead is going to cost more than some other places where you're using the same files, etc. with other people. And everyone speaks English! I know some of the recent reviews weren't very complimentary, but I would feel comfortable recommending this place. read more

I came here during a desperate nail emergency. Yelp did not steer more wrong. I found the spa easily. A little off of el Camino in a small plaza. It's small and clean. With up to date nail and foot spas. There was no wait to get started. I wish they had a larger selection of gel colors but they have most of the basics covered. Good selection of regular polishes like Essie. I wish they went after my cuticles a little more but I can't complain. They look clean. I just like it REALLY clean. I was so relaxed, and dreaming away. The pedicure was exactly the way I like them. Clean, meticulous, and pampering. I love the way everything is sanitary and clean at Bellezza. I know the owner when out of her way to make sure every client would feel comfortable and relaxed in her day spa. Worst experience ever! The business never answers their phone. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today at 7pm. I called and left a message with my Groupon voucher number, and asked for a call back to confirm. I never received a call back. I called both today and yesterday trying to confirm my appointment to no avail. I decide to walk to the establishment 2 hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm my appointment in person. The owner was sitting there getting her nails done. She was the most rude woman ever! I can't believe her level of unprofessionalism. I was completely shocked. She claimed that I didn't have an appointment. I told her I made it with another woman who answered the phone. She stated that because I didn't speak with her directly that my appointment was never recorded, despite the fact the woman scheduled the appointment with me verbally over the phone. She told me that the next available appointment is December 12, 2018. That's over a month from now I told her. She could not have cared less. Terrible customer service. She admittedly ignores answering the phone when she is getting her nails done. Unbelievable! Please don't waste your time or your money at this shabby unprofessional establishment. First off, no smile no greeting when you walk in. 2nd, everything is additional!! I don't mind paying the additional to get gel polish like other places but $20 additional? REALLY? Removal of current gel manicure additional $10? WHAT? Who doesn't have gel polish on their fingers now a days? It's usually no extra charge to get it removed and get service from them. My friend found this place on Groupon & I thought I'd give it a try. I don't get manicures because I have acrylics on- but the pedi sounded so relaxing I bought it anyways & figured they could still do the treatments on my hands (minus the polish). The pedicure is not what they described AT ALL. Soaked feet, cut nails, & scrubbed the bottom of my feet. The nails were not cut evenly & the entire process took about 3 minutes. She applied a foot mask to my legs & walked away to her computer for about 10 mins. Proceeded to make phone calls & check her email. She told me I was "easy" because I wasn't making her work hard since I wasn't getting the manicure. My pedicure lasted about 3 days. She attempted to cut around my cuticles & it was just a mess. I regret purchasing the Groupon, and well not return to this salon. Also- if you forget to bring sandals (like I did) they charge for the little foam sandals. Think TWICE before getting a groupon for this place. I came here a few months ago with a Groupon for a brazilian wax. I have had many before, (once a month) and basically can tell when people know what they are doing. First off, a brazilian wax is a FULL wax. Everything. Front and back. As I waited for my appointment, i was warned that an extra $20 dollars would be charged for the "butthole". I agreed, as I have a groupon, needed to use it, and didn't feel like walking out with a half-done job if you know what I mean. Also, I usually pay about 75 dollars for a brazilian at my regular place, so it wasn't a big deal. Anyway, the spa seemed alright form first glance, and I followed the "esthetician" to the back. She began by immediately putting wax ALL over without using baby powder. When I asked her if she had, she said that she didn't remember and proceeded to literally RIP my skin off with every pull. The wax would not budge. This is why we protect the skin by applying baby powder so that the wax doesn't stick to the skin. I was in so much pain that I had to direct her to snip the wax off because I was bleeding. She was nervously laughing it off like it was funny. After cutting the wax off, she applied baby powder (as she did, she admitted that she had forgotten before and kept laughing) I think I would have run out a long time ago, wax attached, if I wasn't in shock. After the worst experience of my adult life, I spoke with the manager and they gave me my money back and offered to give me a pedicure sometime for free. I can say this was "good" business practice, but they risk getting their license revoked if I would have made a formal complaint to the board, so this was the least they could do. I would have paid any amount of money to avoid this experience. I spent days tending to a few open wounds (you know where) and have a new phobia to waxing that I never had before. Needless to say, I never returned for this free pedicure, as Id like to keep all my toes. read more

If small business owners want to use Groupon then please treat your customers like you would if they don't have Groupons. Needless to say, it was a disappointment. Exactly two weeks later and have not been more impressed with the gel polish! It was still near perfect and very shiny! I had maybe like one little corner chip on my right index finger but that's it. I came back here to get my polish changed and my nails shortened. It's finals time and I need to be nimble on the keyboard! I met the owner during this visit. She scheduled my appointment over the phone and squeeze me in right before 6 p.m. even though they close at 6 p.m. In person, she's a very, very nice lady!! The technician was the same lady who did my nails in my last visit. I asked her to please get my cuticles really neat and she did a fabulous & meticulous job. I chose the color "Candy Apple Red" and I cannot be happier with the result! The salon stayed open well past 6 p.m. for me and they didn't rush me at all. Will definitely be back! Not having proper facilities for waxing, behind a partition was a table up against a wall making it challenging to reach my left side 4. When the bill came I told the woman who appears to own it that I wasn't notified of being charged extra for feet and toes but she still charged me. I made the appointment online with May but when I showed up for my appt, the lady who was helping me basically said that I did made the appt online but I didn't book it under May. Now mind you, I got an email notification and it does say there that my appt is with May. I was like fine, whatever. I'm not even going to push it. I didn't see May there that morning so I'm assuming she didn't come in that day or maybe she was running late but I thought they should've at least been honest enough to tell me the real reason why I am seeing someone else rather than telling me I made a mistake and booked it with another person. So on to my mani/pedi. I've had mani/pedi lots of times to places where mani/pedi cost between $28-$32 and let me tell you, the pedi was WAY BETTER than the one I got here. The person who did my pedi didn't even attempt to clean my nails. She basically just cut it and didn't do a thorough job cleaning the nails like I've experienced in the past! I could've just given myself a pedi. The hot hydration mani/pedi here normally costs $60 and it said that it includes 3-5 minutes hot lavender oil massage for the mani/pedi but I didn't get that at all! I wouldv'e been happy with a few second or a minute of massage but I didn't get jack! Total disappointment and a waste of my time. Before this shop was open the owner would come over for house-calls while she was between spa's. From the great attention to detail and her friendly demeanor decided to follow her to her new location. From the moment I walked in I noticed how clean, well decorated, and sanitary the place was kept. I have always kept away from Nail Spa's because of the horrible stories you hear in the news about people who die die from infections due to improper cleaning techniques. The owner and operator used a disposable insert for the foot soak tub which gave me peace of mind. The manicure and pedicure was tailored well for a man, not too rounded....and no polish :-P I also decided to get my back waxed there. I didn't know it at the time but it turned out that the person waxing my back was an old high school colleague. I was a little weirded out at first about taking my shirt off to have someone who I went to high school with rip hair off my back. She took great care to make me feel comfortable and kept me laughing through the pain of having my back deforested. Based on my experiences there I would, and will, go back again. For an establishment that NEVER answers their phone on the weekends, I expected ridiculous wait times.. okay well good for us, right? So we get our colors, sit down, and they start asking us about upgrading to the gel manicure. When I asked how much it would cost extra, the lady said its $20 for a regular gel and $25 for a french gel. Considering I paid $29 for the groupon, and she said the reg price of a gel mani is $50, I then said, "its only a $1 cheaper?" and her response was "no. its $49." Am I missing the math or did she not understand me? After PUSHING the gel question 5 times, I finally turned them down officially (as if the first 4 times I said no were ambiguous).. Okay, so she starts cutting my toe nails and i swear she cut my skin cuz it hurt so bad and burned when I put my feet in the water! I actually said "ow!" and when she put the mask or whatever on my arms, she brought a hot towel to wipe it off and DAMN, that towel was SOO hot!!! Omg... who the HELL puts a hella hot towel on a customer? I get the term "hot hydration/hot towel" but common sense would have it that you bring a very warm towel! Now to the actual quality of work: I got the regular french for $5 more and the white tips are not the same size as the other hand. the lines are thicker on one hand than the other... yea okay maybe i'm being nitpicky but i noticed it. Also, the paint on one of my fingers is kinda coming off the side. I saw this about 20 mins after i left the place. Guess that's my fault... ya right. Pros: - they actually didn't talk to each other at all unlike other nail places where you are sure they are talking about you. - they brought out new tools from a sealed bag - kinda friendly Would I go back? I deleted all of my previous reviews because of a stalker. But I have to post that the manicure I got here is possibly the best I've ever had. I used a groupon, but I'm definitely coming back for more. I don't know who did my mani/pedi. Both were great! I've actually had strangers comment on how great my nails look. Something that has never happened. Make time though, done concurrently, my mani/pedi took 1 1/2 hours. read more

I usually get my facials from this wonderful lady in the city. But because of time and parking and it's so hard to get an appt with her, I looked into finding another person nearby. I tried this place because of the great reviews it's gotten. Although I'm sorry to say I was a bit disappointed. Maybe because I expected too much and I expected that it would be great because of it's 5 stars. The place is new and it's clean. I couldn't tell you the name of the two ladies there because they never said their names. I just think it's part of customer service to introduce yourself first. Anyway, I was led upstairs to do the facial. The lady who did my facial was friendly but said something that somewhat offended me. She said that she was often mistaken for a Filipino and wondered if it's because she was kind of meaty. I can't recall the exact word she used but something to that effect. I don't think she meant to offend me but just making conversation. What really bothered me is that her hands smelled like cigarettes. I don't smoke (anymore) and so I can totally smell it. I hate the smell of smoke. The price of the European facial was okay. She did clean up my face pretty good. She massaged my face quite a bit, but a bit heavier than I'm used to. On the form they had me fill out, it asked for a preference on "massage". I selected - firm. Perhaps they meant face massage. It should be clarified if so. In the end, my face looked and felt clean. The relaxation, I "got away" feeling that I normally get with Polina in the city I totally didn't feel. All in all, aside from the extraction, I felt that the facial a tad bit below average. Eh. I wasn't impressed. I got a Groupon for a mani-pedi. I've gotten regular mani-pedis for 15+ years. My cuticles are healthy and smooth. After my trip to Bellezza Day Spa... my finger nails looked dry and ragged around the edges. I was appalled by the plastic tubs lined with plastic bags, fill with too-hot water that the ladies carried over to where we were sitting. Had I known they didn't have actual tubs, I never would have wasted my time. My daughter told the woman that the water was too hot, and she argued with her, telling her that it would get too cold, too fast, if it didn't start out hot. They gingerly carried a small bowl of what I assume was cold water and tried to cool off the 2+ gallons of water. The lady was sitting on a rolling chair where I was supposed to rest my feet. Any weight or pressure I put on the foot rest caused her to slide away, removing the support to my spine. This is not what I'd consider a spa. The people were friendly enough, so I gave it two stars. read more

My grandmother bought a Groupon for skin tag removal for here, and being a good granddaughter, I took her to her appointment. Upon arriving, the receptionist was on the phone and didn't look up at us to acknowledge that we were here. She knew we were there, and just persisted to talk. The salon entrance was extremely nice and decorated, but after being taken back to what seemed like the facial/waxing/skin tag removal/supply area, I immediately noticed the lack of cleanliness. Oh my god. It screamed sanitation hell. The disposable paper on the facial/waxing beds looked as it had not been changed between clients. The paper was crinkled, and you could tell that someone had previously laid on it. Additionally there were droplets of leftover dried wax all over the table. Like seriously, why wouldn't you clean that up before taking your next client back there? Also in the back, there is a complete lack of privacy. The back was set up was two beds against opposite walls. When you walk in, it's one bed to the left with a shower curtain, one bed to the right with a shower curtain, and then a sink that was lined with black crud on the wall. To make matters even tackier, the shower curtains were held together by paper clips. Oh, and you can hear EVERYTHING. Now, before the lady started the skin tag removal procedure, she advised my grandmother not to eat any beef, pork, shrimp, or crab. She had also informed her not to get the area wet,and not to bathe or shower for the next three days. None of this information was on the Groupon, so this was new to me. At this moment, I realized there was no signing of any waiver, or having to read anything sort of precaution before going to the back. Okay. Thanks for the warning? Anyways, my brave, little, Asian grandma still went on with the procedure. The lady performing the procedure brought out this white machine, plugged it in, got a pair of tweezers and started to laser my grandma's skin tag off. My grandma kept saying ouch, and reacting cause she was in pain, and the lady told her to stay still. Next there was a horrible burning smell. Now, since I had my phone out I decided to take a video of the procedure. When I started to move my phone to get a better angle, the lady got super pissed and told me no videos or pictures were allowed, and to go wait in the reception area. Overall this place was shady. If there are precautions for procedures, they should put it in the fine print on the Groupon, or on a waiver before you go to the back. They could definitely use better communication and clean up a bit more. This place really makes me wonder what their sanitation rating is, and how they were even able to get on Groupon with such horrible service. read more

Groupon brought me here, and I left with another "Groupon extension" voucher because I was pretty satisfied with the experience. The waiting area is pleasant, the waxing area is clean, and May makes friendly conversation that helps distract you from the pain of waxing. She does "boy-zillians" too so you can bring/drag your man in. ;) I was overcharged by $10, but I'm sure it was just an honest mistake in adding up 2 services + the voucher. Wow! The best manipedi I've ever received! I would've given it five stars but almost every single finger chipped within the first 1-2 days but that could be due to my raging at The Grand right after I got my nails done. I fell on my head twice and am covered in bruises but my toes look amazing! Purchased two hot hydration groupons for $29 and made an appt here for me and my mom. She just happened to be in town and had never gotten her nails done before so I figured I would treat her. I wanted to go on a Tuesday but they're closed on Tuesdays! I called again later in the week and they didn't have any appts for Friday and took us Saturday morning so make sure you make an appt! They get busy here! Our appt was at 10:45 I think and they didn't take us until 10 minutes after. Its located in some sketchy looking strip mall I would never have found myself in if it weren't for this groupon. We didn't leave until over two hours later!!! There were only two ladies working and the owner May stopped in for a couple minutes and left. For some reason while my mom was in town, we kept hearing Shanghainese people!!! and the two ladies we were here before us were Shanghainese too so my mom totally bonded with them. All the bad reviews here made me terrified to go because they sounded like they would be super mean! but from the appt making process to the mani pedi itself, EVERYONE WAS SUPER NICE!!! They were so meticulous with their work no wonder why it took over two hours! It was one of the few relaxing manipedis I've gotten because I'm usually super on edge since people can't seem to do it right!!! They have a good selection of OPIs, and a small section of Zoyas and Essies. They have candy and magazines in front and give you tea/water. They didn't have those disposable flipflops but they wrapped my moms feet in cuticle oil and plastic wrap before she put her shoes on. I would come back if it weren't so far and if their normal priced manipedis weren't $60! They have a groupon extension thats like $200 if you buy four or five (I forget) manipedis but theres no way I would spend that much at once for a place I'm not sure I would even go back to since I'm not one of those people who go weekly or monthly!
