Every time I go, the staff always gives me advice on what and what not to do with specific clothing items. But on this day (01-14-2017) I really appreciate the time the lady spent with me. I wanted to get this leather jacket cleaned...she told me that she doesn't recommend that because when they ship it off for cleaning, they aren't responsible for any damages, I was ok with that because that saved me from having a headache later on. I also wanted to get an alteration to my work pants. I told her 2 inches, but instead of taking my word. She told me to try them on just for accuracy. As much as I didn't want to lol I knew I had to. And I'm glad I did! But my measurement was off as hell. I really appreciate her telling me to try them on..because she didn't have to! Will always be a customer here!

Unlike a competitor, the employee patiently explained in detail the difference between having men's shirts "starched" vs "dry cleaned." The price is fair $1.69 for starch and $1.99 for dry clean. Because of her pleasant disposition, I'll gladly pay 20 cent more than a competitor. During drop off she explained pick up and a 50 cent fee for credit card payments under $10. When I showed her a stain, she adviced me of how oil stains come out better with dry cleaning and food stains come out better with launder/starch. She genuinely engaged my kids. Barring something going wrong with the cleaning process, this will be our new cleaners.

The man was condescending, argued with me about the incredibly vague rules that they had when it came to damage clothing. After a year of using this cleaner, I have decided to find another cleaner because of how they handle problems. They told me that my clothing would not get damaged and then when it did, they told me that "all dry cleaners are like this/do this" and that they would not reimburse me. They also quoted their policies that are on the wall, which also happened to be incredibly vague and could mean just about anything. From the conversation we had, he was making up rules as he went. The only point I attempted to get across is that if they are going to tell me, they are capable of doing something and then they do not do it, and what they did leads to damaging my clothes, they should be able to reimburse me as quoted in their policies. There was no integrity on their end.

Turnaround is always quick, about 24 hours, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Parking is easy, which is always a bonus. The value is outstanding, especially compared to Tide Cleaners.
