Messed up my clothes and others with an employee dropping an ink pen in the dry cleaning owner he would not tell me what happened he was silent but i found out what happened and he also charged me and would not give me a refund he is very mean yall the sewing lady had to order my clothes again and she refunded my dry cleaning money also i told them no creases in my pants and surely behold i have creses which messes up! If I could give a review of 0 stars, I would. I rarely add reviews to anything unless I love the place. But I had to at least warn fellow review checkers as to the issue I had. Here in the month of mid September of 2023, these guys gave away some of my clothes. I was told to wait because the customer they gave it to had to come back anyway. Well, we are now in October and they have yet to give me a solution. The very kind gentleman at the front just points at the sign that says "we pay 10 times what you pay for that item even if at fault". He just keeps repeating himself. Unfortunately that's not what my clothes are worth. So if you are planning on using this place, I'd highly suggest you go elsewhere. read more

It's a cleaners so there's nothing special or out of the ordinary. I like the location because I can drop off my clothes on my way to work, and pick them up on my way home. Talk about convenience! They offer a variety of services such as alterations, cleaning comforter sets, wedding dress restoration and one day dry cleaning services. The staff is very nice and will help you select the best option for your clothes. I like to pay in advance just to get it out of the way, but you can pay upon pickup. I've never had to wait in line. It's always been an in and out experience for me, which is great when I'm dropping off clothes on my way to work. Very terrible customer service. Lost a custom piece from my garment and didn't care about it at all. Told me they would check and call back, never called. Was told they would replace it, didn't do that either. Basically told me I was SOL . Wouldn't recommend at all, idc if the price is decent. The customer service and lack of organization isn't worth it at all. You can find another dry cleaners right down the street. Hope this helps anyone thinking about coming. Don't. The worst customer service I've had. I called to ask if I could possibly pick up my clothes a few hours earlier. The man who picked up said he couldn't find my items and said I can come to see but he doesn't know and when I asked what do you mean where are my clothes he said I don't know and then mentioned he has a customer and hung up on me. I am ALSO a customer who paid in full at that. Now I'm calling again and he won't pick up. I called an hour or two later and again he ended up hanging up on me. At this point I just went there and I got my clothes but literally what? I run a business as well and I don't treat my clients like this. Communication is all I was asking for. He could've said they aren't ready and that would've been the end of it. I won't be coming back as I was a repeat customer nor will I recommend them to my friends and family. I've been a loyal customer of this business for years because I live so close and they do a great job. Or at least they used to. Ever since the kids of the owner and have started running this place more and more, it has gone down the drain. They have no idea of customer service. For example, I took in my clothes for same day dry cleaning but was not able to pick it up that evening, so I came the next morning because it should've been ready already. However even though I clearly stated I needed it same day and brought it before 9 AM, they put it in the wrong pile so it was not ready even the New morning. I will never go to them again to get my clothes dry clean. How do you damage someone's clothes and act dumb and unapologetic? Damaged one of my favorite dresses and had the nerve to try and hide the damage by tying it in a knot and placing it in the middle of the rest of my dry cleaning. This is a great dry-cleaning place. Service is prompt and the end product has always been top notch.

I thought I had found a cleaners that would appreciate their customers and admit to a mistake and move on but No Way. In order to have a fighting change u must have a receipt and I learned that the hard way not just once 4 times and yes I do blame myself but I always give people and businesses the opportunity to fix the problem and I also show dedication to the business. When will I learn. I had a couple of pants hems and not just once 4 times they came back wrong. The last pair I was feed up I spoke wit Peter the owner I think and he said bring them back to see wut he can do. So wen I brought-them back he measured the and saw the problem and then proceeded to ask me for the receipt but of course I didn't have it but I got proof that they charge my card. Terrible service, very RUDE customer service I would give them a zero stars if I could. I dropped of a pair of jeans Friday afternoon, i told the young man, I wanted them starched and creased. He assured me they would be and I could pick them up Saturday after 4. When I got to the cleansers, first they could not find my jeans. Second, once they did found them, they were not starched or creased. I told them, what I wanted, one lady said, I had to come and pick them up Monday if that's what I wanted. Came here with great expectations having never heard anything bad about them but as soon as I got my shirts back there were around 3-4 buttons just missing and 2 were completely broken.
