The winery is by appointment only, and is so quaint and cozy nestled among the trees on the hillside overlooking the picturesque vineyard that having the intimate tasting experience only enhances the elegance of the wines they produce. The wines range from those from grapes grown on premises to small batches from grapes secured from around the Willamette Valley, the Dales and even Walla walla! The tasting is enhanced by fresh made nibbles that are paired with the wines on the days tasting list. Most of the vintages are produced in sub-100 case batches and are truly cellar worthy. Our host was so attentive and descriptive of all the wines and the history of the vineyard. Our tasting consisted of Champagne Chardonnay And 3 different Pinots. Very friendly and so willing to help you pick a wine and provided table service. The sparkling Blanc de Blanc was so amazing I broke my wine budget just to take a bottle home to my very picky man. The quality of wines were amazing, and we enjoyed David sharing stories of his transition into wine making. He also shared every detail on the wines we tasted. Imagine sitting at the table with your friend sharing a glass of wine, but he is also the one that made the wine. That would be here. Friendly, approachable, and worth every minute!
