I…read morebooked an appointment with Northside Dental Care and Dr. McRory to have it checked out and the overall experience was excellent. All of the communication and patient intake prior to my appointment was great and when I arrived the team was very friendly and personable. The office was extremely clean and comfortable too! They got me seated in my chair and there was virtually no wait before the Dr. and his 'assistant' began to evaluate my problem. They were extremely aware of the sensitivity of my tooth and I felt very little discomfort for the entire appointment. They took x-rays, evaluated the issue, made some immediate adjustments and I was on my way. After the appointment (same day!) they followed up to see how I was feeling. Overall it was one of the best dental experiences I've had. if you are looking for a Bellingham dentist I highly recommend Dr. McRory and his team!

I made an appointment with Dr. Hale Hyatt and couldn't be more pleased or happy! Though I truly liked my last dentist, Dr. Hyatt and her team are phenomenal. I met with Katie to do an initial consultation, met with Dr. Hyatt who did an exam, and had Cheyanne as my Hygienist who cleaned my teeth. They were all so nice, kind, gentle and sweet. Just... a tooth deciding it had had enough. Thankfully, my dentist and his staff were literally about to close up for vacation, but they squeezed me in. And this visit confirmed something I've already been feeling since becoming a patient here: I am absolutely in the right dental office. Dr. Rosinski and Val must have done this a thousand times. They were calm, patient and completely unfazed, which helped me stay calm too. And there were some BIG shots with some BIG scary-looking needles involved, yet somehow I didn't feel a thing. How is that even possible?! They made a mold for my crown and Val fitted and placed a temporary. She kept checking it, adjusting it and checking it again until it was perfect by her standards. I couldn't really tell what was happening at that point because I was buried under sunglasses, dental tools and approximately 47 other pieces of equipment, but somehow they pulled it off. And now? I have zero issues with the temporary. I've gone to some truly wonderful dental practices over the years, but this office is something special. They genuinely care about their work, they care about their patients, and you can feel it. So, broken tooth and all, I walked out feeling pretty darn lucky. And when I go back for the actual crown, I already know it's going to be a walk in the park. Well... a walk in the park with a very large dental chair (and actually next door to a giant, amazing park!) Huge thanks to Dr. Rosinski and Val for taking such good care of me!

I have always found the staff to be upbeat and skilled. I cant seem to keep the same hygienist and have a new one every time I go in for a cleaning. Good thing they have each been pleasant and good at what they do, but it would be nice to be able to build some familiarity with someone. My experience with the Dr. is less so. While he may be good at his technical craft, his patient rapport could use some work. It would be nice if he ever used my name and didn't make me feel like a commodity and wasn't in a hurry to move on to the next room. The last time I was in for a cleaning, I also had an issue with, what he diagnosed, an abscessed tooth that has been bothering me for months. He gave me quick choice of a referral to have a root canal or have it pulled, and then he was out the door. No time for questions, which I had several. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he's like that every time I come in. I think it' s just how he is. Maybe the times have changed and dentists are not longer interested in knowing and being friendly with patients. I miss the old days.

He talked me through the whole procedure before starting. And reassured me during the extraction that everything was going great.
