The Assistant "Teri" was extremely rude and condescending and acted like I was wasting everyone's time by being there. Did I not know how to contact one of the urgent care clinics (I did see after that they had these but not open til 1pm). Did I not know that I could get Azo at any drug store? From what I understand this is just to help with the discomfort but doesn't exactly treat anything. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. But I wonder why people go into this line of work if they just diminish your reason for being there?

Our experience with Dr Brannigan and his staff has been nothing but extraordinary and positive. No physician, no matter how skilled, can cure every ill or guarantee pregnancy ... just as sex can't guarantee pregnancy even in young, fertile people. Dr Brannigan is compassionate, experienced, extraordinarily bright ... and caring. His entire staff is exactly the same ... professional, kind, always attentive. I've been an attorney for many years and have exacting standards for professionals in any field. I know the difference among them. Our first implant resulted in no pregnancy. Both my wife and I were disappointed, especially after the regimen of hormones and egg extraction. But not only did we have no complaint about Dr Brannigan's expertise, we absolutely trusted him and his staff to continue a second time. There were absolutely no flaws in his procedures. Implant doesn't always result in pregnancy. Second time around ... bingo! Baby! (Maybe twins. Too early to tell.) My wife and I think so highly of Dr Brannigan, Cheryl, Joleigh and Ken ... that we recommended them to a close friend of mine whose wife has been struggling with a Hawaii IVF doc and many problems along the way. The representative on the phone could not find my appointment, said they had "lost my appointment," and I was offered an appointment for the following day. After reading online that they have had these issues before and they continue to happen as with me, I decided to not reschedule and go elsewhere. My MD, Jason Short, was a good enough guy, but I can no longer abide with the ridiculous wait times at this location. Today, I was scheduled for a 2:50 appt, they took be back around 3:05, and I was still sitting in the exam room waiting for a physician at 3:50. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that physicians get behind for a myriad of reasons, but if they are running late, the office should give you a call and let you know so you have the option to reschedule. This is not a unique circumstance, although it is the longest. I have been made to wait for inordinately long periods of time many times over the years. No longer. I do not recommend NSFM. It seems as though they are more focused on patient volume than patient satisfaction.

This had me left confused because just 3 days prior to this 4D appointment, I saw my doctor who provided me with 2 3D photos and it seems like the doctor's technology is more detailed than Peek a Bump. Online, it states "latest HD technology offering a realistic view!" But comparing the photos from Roxana with my doctor's photos, there is a huge difference in detail. At both appointments, placenta is in front, and I get it, babies move all around all the time, but the technology doesn't seem like anything close to the doctor's technology so I am really wondering if this is the latest and greatest 3D/4D technology at peek a bump, why was I left with blurry photos? Overall, I did not feel satisfied with my appointment and when I brought up another appointment to Roxana because baby did not give us good views, she said normally she would but because of time constraint, she couldn't offer me another appointment. Per the services, "Ultrasound Satisfaction Guaranteed (One return visit if baby is not feeling photogenic)" I thought this could happen for us, but unfortunately it could not. This had me feeling really hurt. This is totally my opinion, but I don't think an extra 15 minutes or anything extra for that matter would have gotten my baby to move. Baby was not budging the entire appointment. She said she could give me 40% off a new appointment, but these appointments are costly, and if I were to be feeling the same way next appointment as I did this appointment, I would feel like it just isn't worth it. I felt like my feelings for the outcome of the appointment, which is supposed to be an exciting moment in my pregnancy was really disregarded, and it sucks. I will post comparison photos from a 3D ultrasound from my doctor 3 days prior to my 3D/4D appointment with peek a bump to compare quality of technology. I will give 2 satisfying gender reveal appt at 16 weeks and timely responses.
