No workers here to speak of. Grossly understaffed Long wait Will go to urgent care south…read moreBellingham like I usually do in future. I Never waited more than 10 minutes there to be seen. Should have known better after finding out this was part of Reliant. Just told by worker there is never more than one provider here on any day. Certainly just a crapshoot for level of service. Never again here.

They used to be good when they first started- I don't know what went wrong…read more The last time I was there (last October and I would not go back) it stated online that the wait time was 20 mins. It took us 10 mins to get there bc we were already in Milford, and I had to wait 2 hours. Thought I was at the ER for the moment with that wait time. 20 mins versus two hours is unacceptable. Additionally as another reviewer said you wait and pay your copay and you're telling them you have had sinus pain for 3 weeks and the PA says wait another week. Sure bc lets make this sinus infection worse. She told me to take Tylenol and over the counter Flonase even when I told her Sudafed and Advil weren't working. She told me that everyone that had come in that day had similar symptoms and it's a virus. Just guessed at it. Meanwhile I call my allergist he takes a ct scan of my sinuses as it had been a while and I indeed was showing a sinus infection - so he put me on augmentin. I saw this place on the 29th and he got me in on the 31st and said they got this all wrong. Just go to your real primary care physician or specialist as I did in this case. Yes it's easier to just walk in on a weekend when your doctors aren't in - but in the long run you'll be seeing your own dr after your visit here and you'll have paid two co pays at this point. Sad to see this place go downhill like that.

The nurses are also not trained to properly draw blood or give vaccines etc. the referral person is completely incapable of helping you. I would not recommend Main Street Pediatrics to anyone. We have a preemie baby who was in the NICU…read moreat the time of our consultation at Main Street Pediatrics. The NICU nurses and doctors at Brigham and Women's strongly urged us to interview doctors before bringing our baby in when he was discharged. I was set on this pediatrician due to the convenience to our home. I read the bad reviews but didn't think it could be that bad... My husband and I walked into Main Street and the receptionist who sat down to check us in just returned from a cigarette break as the smell came rushing through the window. This was red flag number one... Our child who was born at 2lbs and was in the NICU for 50 days was not allowed to be near anyone who smoked due to immature lungs. I did not think this would be an issue at his pediatrician. We met with Dr Davis and asked her a list of questions we received from our NICU staff. One of the questions was around her experience with preemies and how she will handle his care when he is discharged. She said that he is just a normal baby. Red flag number two. Our son was severely underweight and due to this he had very immature lungs. He needed to be followed very closely after discharge, as he was not a normal healthy newborn. My husband and I talked probably 90% of the time, asking questions and she would provide short, sometimes one word answers. I felt like I had to pull information from her. The third red flag was when we asked her if she had any advice for when we bring him home as we were nervous first time parents with a preemie baby. She gave a very awkward and uncomfortable laugh and said "you'll figure it out." My husband and I got out to our car and just laughed at how bizarre the interaction was with Dr. Davis. A few other things I noticed that rubbed me the wrong way...the equipment in the room is very dated. It looks like it's from the 80's and the room didn't look very clean. There is also a sign that says you can't throw your diapers away. You really make parents bring dirty diapers home with them?? Needless to say, we found another pediatrician who came highly recommended by a NICU doctor and we are fine with having to drive the extra 20 minutes to receive excellent care for our son.

The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. Again, my primary care doc is all on board with Dr. Petteruti's treatments. Big box medicine addresses symptoms in a wack -a- mole methodology. Dr. Petteruti addresses the root cause to help you be heathy.

My primary was useless she acts like she's scared to touch me when doing exam never smiled and just had a vibe that made me feel like she didn't like me even though I would smile and TRY to conversate .and only seen her a handful of times, Aren't doctors suppose to be caring? or at least act like it? I heard she left .. good luck to anyone that has to deal with her. My husband saw a doctor there as well for a lump and without even looking at it told him it was nothing. well now its gotten worse with different symptoms and NEEDS more attention so we switched and got the hell out of reliant and now go to a private office that is not affiliated with reliant or anyone else. THEY ARE AWESOME. I will yelp them separate because they don't deserve to be in the same yelp with reliant. BUT I have gone to physical Therapy after surgery at reliant and they are great. other than them forget it and stay far away from reliant primary doctors and specialists. And don't bother telling me to call the patient care number because after reading other yelps i see you try to look good sending a number that no one can get anyone. shame shame. You have been going downhill for years and no one cares enough to fix the problems. I don't even know what it would take to fix it. But Maybe a good start would be compassion classes for the doctors.

I knew what it was when I went to the doctors because I get it frequently. It's also in my medical records that I've had this previously. Instead of listening to me, which is par for the course there because they're not real good at that, they decided to give me a Z-Pak. I explained to them that the Z-Pak never works for me. They told me to take it anyways, which I did. I took the medication entirely and was told that I was still having symptoms I could come back and get another antibiotic. When I called back, they told me I had to come in for another visit. They're famous for that also because then they can bill you for an additional visit. when I went back for the additional visit. They then told me that I had allergies and I should just switch my allergy medication. Anyways, in total, I was sick for over a month and finally wound up having to go to urgent care where they promptly gave me doxycycline Which cleared up the infection I had. I now have $4000 in medical bills all to get an antibiotic. Don't bother filing a complaint with their patient experience department because no matter how many times you file a complaint they never do anything about it except tell you that they've looked into it and they've made notes. This place is the McDonald's of healthcare and an absolute joke. And the sad thing is is that when their doctors first come on board they're great. But once they're part of Reliant Medical, it doesn't take long for them to be absolutely awful. I've switched doctors three times through Reliant so I've given them plenty of chances. Just enrolled in a different health plan and I will be finding a new doctor's office. I've had some other health issues that I would love to get resolved, but unfortunately, I can't trust them that they're actually going to figure out what's going on and I will just wind up with a bunch of bills. If you ask me this is pretty dangerous because it prevents people From seeking the medical attention that they need for fear that nothing's going to happen anyways, and they will just wind up with a bunch of expenses. They can't afford.

My son was sleeping through the night within 5 days.. 5 days can you believe it! I owe everything to Karina and Kristin. Not only did they help me in a time of need, Karina has become a confidant (something I really need being a first time mom). She has even given me advice about transitioning from the crib to toddler bed. If you are considering a night nurse or even sleep training, I cannot recommend Nightingales enough.
