Dr. Falcon offers many surgical procedures (e.g., arm lift, tummy tuck, rhinoplasty, face lift, and carpal-tunnel surgery) and many non-surgical procedures (e.g., Botox and dermal fillers). A few years ago, I visited Dr. Falcon for the surgical removal of a small cyst and two small moles on my skin. I had a free consultation. The office and nursing staff were friendly, but they could not give me even a very rough estimate of what these elective procedures would cost. A few weeks later, Dr. Falcon performed the procedures. The appointment began on time. In the pre-op holding area, he numbed my skin. In the operating room, he easily removed the cyst and two moles within minutes. The nurse who discharged me gave me instructions about keeping my wounds clean and moisturized, when to return to have stitches removed, etcetera. For a few months, I received bills in the mail. Dr. Falcon's office billed my insurance company multiple times for a total cost of roughly $11,000, of which my (good) insurance paid some, and I paid roughly $2,000 out of pocket myself. My scars did fade over time, so they are no longer noticeable.

He then told me that a nurse would be in to answer everything and quickly left the room. I decided to leave right behind him. When I mentioned my experience to a few people at work, one of my co-workers told me about Dr. Happel. After viewing his website, I decided to make an appointment. As soon as I walked into his office I knew things would be different than the previous doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Happel. After the examination, I was not rushed out of the office. He really took his time answering all my questions and put my mind at ease. Once I decided to have the procedure done to remove the problem veins, his office handled the insurance work. The actual operation was very quick and I was home a few hours later. Before the operation Dr. Happel said the incision would be small. When I finally saw it, the first thing I thought was I had paper cuts that were bigger! It's been several weeks and the pain I had is complete gone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Happel. He came in to the exam room and we discussed my concerns and goals, he immediately recommended I go back to my original doctor. Then he still wanted to examine me. What I find wrong with it is if you already told me you not gonna do my surgery why are you touching my breast. He really touched them from every side and squeezed them and pushed them, touched my nipples. Then asked me to show him how I massage them. Then he pulled my panties down to see my c-section scar, and rubbed my stomach and asked to see my whole body. After all that he he said I have a good skin. Why do you touch me and ask me to show you how I massage my breast and pull down my underwear if you already told me you not gonna do the surgery on me. I feel violated and molested at this point. There should be a nurse in a room with a doctor and there was none. Unprofessional. I've been to different plastic surgeons for a consultation and none of them ever allowed themselves to do that. She recommended Dr. Johns with Artisan Plastic Surgery. Dr. Johns diagnosed me with Double Bubble bilaterally. I had to pay for an explant as well as capsulectomy. I asked Dr. Lazzaro's office for a refund, and as of today - I haven't received a penny. Just a comment that they were unaware I was unhappy with my results. Which is a LIE. I was never satisfied with the procedure or the outcome for one day.
