I explained that I couldn't come later due to evening conflicts so they cancelled my appointment. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism, especially since I booked here on the recommendation of my acupuncturist who works in the same space. Time management is important as is my time. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.
