They​ didn't vacuum my back seat, still stain inside my car. Quality control is abysmal. Interior and exterior are both failures. On a full detail, they really just did a once over. This job is awful. I waited until after my third car wash here to write a review. I truly don't know why I even decided to come back. Maybe I was hoping for a different team of staff members to actually do their jobs? Each time I come I purchase a gold wash. This includes a silver wash (vacuum, front rubber mats, wash, undercarriage blast, windows and dash, and towel dry); in addition to: clean all rubber mats, triple wax, tire shine and rain x protectant. It cost me $40.18 at the register. The two times prior to this that I came in, I was highly disappointed at the lack of interior cleaning. Barely vacuumed, and didn't clean a single part of my dash. Today, I asked the gentleman at check in to please make sure they vacuumed the entire car. Upon picking my car up- it was disgusting. The car was clean and dry on the outside, but the interior, yet again, was abysmal. Nothing was vacuumed, I opened the trunk and it actually looked like it wasn't touched or cleaned at ALL - all of my front and middle row rubber mats were just soaking wet with snow stains still on them- my dash and gps wasn't touched, my middle console, passenger side glove box and my cup holders were all disgusting. Nothing was actually cleaned. I unfortunately made a complaint to the woman at the register who was lovely and very understanding. She got someone right away to look at the car and said I need to get what I paid for. But now I have been here for almost an hour- my car is waiting back on the long line extended into sunrise- and my entire afternoon was just completely wasted waiting for a less than par car wash. I will absolutely not be returning. read more

I have an unlimited wash pass, and been generally happy. The people are pleasant and they do a good job. Why then did they lose a star since my original review? The last two visits the lobby area TV is turned to a channel that I find offensive. You don't make friends by alienating half of your customers. read more

This has to be the worst car wash I've ever been to. Almost laughable. Just paid over $40 for a "gold wash", in which the 12 year old kids down the road at Applebees charging $10 to raise money, would've done a better job. They literally didn't even touch the inside. Didn't clean the windows, dash, cupholders, shoe prints on seats... nothing! There were wrappers and candy still inside the door panel and on the floor. The car came out and 40 seconds later I was told it was done. When I said that it was filthy, one of the guys looked at me like I was from outer space. Told me "yeah sometimes they clean the inside and sometimes they dont". Well, at least he was honest. The guy in front of me was complaining about the job they did on his truck and asked for a rag to finish the job. Not sure how this place stays in business, when all the reviews are so poor. You pay for full service plus and you get a quick wash on the outside. Next time I'm going to the place in Westbury where the guy takes a good 15 minutes to work on the car. Funny thing is it wasn't even busy as I was the only car. One out of the 3 guys was on his cellphone and the others were just walking around. This is why I tip after I see the final.job... Found this place on accident and have been a member ever since. They are fabulous. From the time you get out of your car until you reach the kind blonde woman at the desk it is a wonderful experience. They are professional, courteous, and thorough. They even get out tough stains that you thought would never come out. The staff is always friendly and kind despite the tough weather conditions they endure. When you get to the counter the woman is always upbeat, happy, and greets you by name, with a warm smile and genuine greeting. Customer satisfaction is a priority here and it shows. They aim to please all of their customers and their attention to detail and customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend. read more

Horrible experience. The guys out back were helpful but nothing could make up for how poorly the blonde woman at the front desk treated me. Right off the bat she was rude in tone. Gone are the days of pleasant customer service. She insisted I asked for an upgrade (I didn't!) then attempted to upcharge me. Incredibly disrespectful to me when I brought in a coupon. $45 in my car wasn't even cleaned on the inside. I ask them specifically to blow the crumbs out of the console which never happened and then they were annoyed when I got in the car and asked him to clean properly. Let me start with I used to love this car wash, I will always try to make it here than anywhere else. So i made a appointment to have my forester detailed. I was told they would call me the night before to confirm. Didn't happen. I showed up just before 8am and spoke to the nice guy at the counter. Advised him of some areas of concern I had. He said he would let the detailer know. I thanked him and left. When I came to pick up my car I noticed the main areas I told him about weren't done, he came outside with the women who did the detailing and they said it was wear. I thanked them and left. As I drove the few miles home I didn't believe that the armrest between the seats was worn, I got a magic eraser and it disappeared instantly. After being home for a couple of hours the feeling that they didn't even try to clean the other areas I was talking about. I went outside with a new toothbrush oxi clean max force and a towel with hot water. It was gross but it got cleaned. I Went back with the towel and showed them what a little elbow grease did. I was given some bull excuse that she should have gone over more than once, I stated that I don't think that she even tried. They took the car back this time the door panels/handles came back clean. I left again. About 9 pm after waiting for the car to dry I grabbed my belongings and headed back out to my car. At this point I noticed Pieces of the back seat being tucked in when I removed them and put them where they belong on the Velcro they weren't even touched they were tucked into hide that they weren't done. Not only that but they never even dusted half of the car. To say that I wasted over a $100 would be an understatement. Don't waste your time or your money go somewhere else. read more

Ask anyone that knows me well, I'm a verifiable clean-freak! Unfortunately for me, my car's exterior and interior are light colored, so you know that sure gets dirty more often than than not. Therefore, I have to get my car washed every couple of weeks... Saw the ladies day sign and popped in. All I really need is a basic wash... So 15.95 including taxes gets you just that. Wash was okay, good, not great. They did not clean my rear view/side mirrors at all. Also, FYI, the exit of the wash goes right up to Sunrise Highway, so you have to be super careful leaving. Sometimes you really can't see around other cars on the road when pulling out. It definitely makes me a little nervous leaving that place. On the plus side, the ladies that staffed the register were extremely polite. read more

My husband got a car wash and interior cleaning and they never touched the middle console of the car. It doesn't even look like it was wiped down at all. I don't understand how they think this is "clean." My husband doesn't like to bother anyone so he didn't go back to say anything but he shouldn't have too and it should have been cleaned thoroughly. VOID THIS PLACE!! Brought my truck for a wash and when it came out, the front trim broke off from the bumper. When I brought the issue up to the cashier, she was extremely defensive and rude, and said there was no way we caused it. I continue to explain that the bumper was fine when I bought it in so it must've happened in the car wash tunnel. They continue to argue with me and I finally spoke to Frank, general manager who continued to deny it as well. The general manager sent me a blurry picture of the video footage from the truck before it went into the car wash tunnel and claimed that the trim was loose beforehand, which I knew it wasn't. Bottom line, they disregard me and did nothing to address it. For the protection of your car I would suggest to use another car wash. read more

My first and last time. Needed a car wash near my job. $28 and a premature $5 tip for a wash, wax, interior wipe and vacuum, tire shine, etc... and an untouched dirty trunk. There's a pandemic, and small businesses are suffering. But they couldn't spend $0.25 of electricity and 15 seconds to vacuum my trunk? I don't even care that much about the bird excrement they left on my windshield and the small areas of dirt they neglected inside. The trunk is the easiest interior area to clean! It was a slow time with just 2 cars behind me too. Not like there was a platoon of customers on Sunrise Highway. Pretty pathetic. read more

Just had the absolute worst experience at this place! First of all an extremely rude and entitled patron tried to cut me on line, even though I was clearly in front of him. He aggressively charged at my car and threatened me and told me to call my husband, I guess to fight him or whatever. The nasty owner got involved and I just figured I'd leave before anything happens. As I was backing up and moving to turn around on line, my car came CLOSE but not hitting the other car. Instead of caring about me the other patron that was just harassed by this guy. He called the cops on me saying I hit his car. I live behind the car wash and I constantly have to tell the owner and works to stop throwing trash into my backyard and into the creek behind the carwash 2. Here is my reply: Don's response cited that I hung up the phone on the front desk person who received my call??? Yikes, Don I think you may have a problem with your employees in your car wash. The conversation was extremely polite on my end, hence the reason for the review. It was the customer service on top of the bad car wash that won't have me coming back. My world is customer service. I wouldn't hang up on someone and his response is something organizations would review with new employees how not to treat customers. The fact you would write this in your response is indicative of his behavior. Folks, if you just want to rinse your car off with soap go to the Bellmore Car Wash. I get home and my wife says the inside doesn't look all that clean. I said I thought the same thing? Then we found french fries in the door area from my kids. I called them and the the male receptionist seemed annoyed and he told me to tell the manager??? Apparently a lot of people complain. Brought my beautiful new car for a wash and was completely heartbroken when I saw the damage this car wash did to my car. The brushes destroyed the paint all over with swirl mark scratches. I spoke with the owner who claimed it was not their responsibility and not from his car wash. It was 100% from their brushes. Good customer service would try to fix this issue and offer some sort of solution not just deny any fault and send me on my way. I now have to pay out of pocket $200 to try to get these scratches out. I will try to go through their insurance to be reimbursed for my damages. read more

Not happy with my experience. I had an issue and there was no effort on the part of the staff to make it right. I paid for the Platinum wash and when I watched my car go through I just saw it get the regular Carwash (no simoniz wax or ceramic coat was applied) Just to be sure I watched the next car go through to make sure I didn't miss something and I saw it get the blue and pink Simoniz wax applied that mine was also supposed to get. I immediately brought it to the attention of the cashier and he told me that the lights aren't working and don't light up when the car passes by and gets those treatments so I probably just missed it but when I explained to him that I saw the car after me get the blue and pink wax and mine didn't he tried telling me that the blue and pink is rain x and I didn't pay for that (even after telling him it came out of the nozzles that say simoniz on them and I know that rain X is clear)... He was clearly trying to BS me. I then asked the employee that was drying my car off if the rain x was blue and pink here and he said no it's clear and is the last thing at the end of the wash. I went back inside and asked the cashier why he tried to BS me and he told with with an attitude to send it through again and blamed the guy putting it into the computer for the mistake. I then took my car around to pass through again and now theres 6 cars in the right lane and 1 in the left lane so I jump in the left lane and tell the guy working the computer and giving the tickets out about the issue and asked if I can go around the car infront of me and he tells me that I have to wait in line and when I tried explaining that I'm just going through the carwash to correct their mistake and don't need to be vacuumed again and that I've been there for 20 mins already he tells me that I'm not allowed to cut the line because the customers are going to get angry.. um hello, I'm a customer and now I'm getting angry. I'm not cutting the line, I paid for a wash already, went through and didn't get what I paid for. The guy in front on the register tried Bulls*itting me to get me outta there without getting what I paid for and Now you want me to wait an additional 30+ mins for 7 other cars to get vacuumed and washed first because of your mistake? He tells me no again and that I need to go back in and talk to the guy at the front again but he's gonna tell me no also. Now I have cars behind me, I'm blocked in and can't even leave and I'm running late so I go back to the front and ask the guy to do just do the right thing here and get me through and am told the same thing that I can't cut the line. It took me telling him that he can explain to his customers why I'm cutting the line or I'll go out and tell them why I'm cutting the line for him to finally go out and let me go around. The second wash took off the tire shine that was put on the first time and car was barely dried off after the second wash. You'd expect more after paying $36 for a wash and leaving a $7 tip. Mistakes happen and I'm a very understanding person when it comes to that and I hate leaving people bad reviews but I don't appreciate when they tried to BS me then get an attitude when it's their mistake! My car came out looking clean, then a man and woman started drying it. I was watching them for the time they were with the car, which amounted to approximately one minute, most of that time spent having a conversation with each other and not actually drying my car. They barely dried the car, never lifted the rear gate to dry underneath it, and didn't dry under and inside the doors. Then they walked away and went to the next car coming out. I couldn't believe it so I went over to the man and said "is that it?" and he waved at me as if to mean "go now". I went over to the lady and said "it's still wet, you hardly dried it" and showed her the back of the car which was dripping wet, so she took her towel and wiped it a few times. Well I was really annoyed, I pulled into a bank parking lot a few blocks away and dried the car myself. When I got home, I called the place and spoke to the guy at the counter and told him what happened. He said they're too busy to spend time completely drying the car. This is a ridiculous answer, considering you're PAYING to have them towel dry your car, it's written up on the billboard as part of the service. If you can't do the job you're charging for, you shouldn't be in business. Well I won't be returning to this place. read more

Because he was so accommodating and friendly I made an appointment for the first detailing service I've every had on my 9 year old Mazda. So I've been here a few times but the last two times I've gone I have noticed that my car has been "half assed" cleaned. I tip extremely well and make it known so that the workers get every last piece of dust and I pay 25 dollars for a car wash that I could do better on my own. I drive a brand new Jeep and my half leather half cloth seats are never cleaned on the leather spots, my radio screen is never cleaned, my doors still have dust marks and dirt (mind you my car is black so you literally see everything) and my windows/windshield is never cleaned. I killed a spider on my wind shield the other day which left guys and I realized after I left the car wash that that didn't clean the guts off. I most likely will not go back. Although the owner is such a likable sweet guy he just needs to make sure his workers are performing their job the right way. read more

I had been going to this place for years and the service was always great my car always looked amazingly clean but for the past year or so the service is not the same the employees rush through the cleaning at the end and always leave the car dirty outside and sometimes even inside I always have to tell them the window shield is dirty or the outside it's still dirty . I got the bronze wash for $18+ tax. They vacuumed my car, it went through the wash, and was hand dried. The staff was very nice and vacuumed all the crevices I can't normally reach. The stuff they used to clean the inside of my car smelled really good too. I've gone to car washes before who use foul smelling cleaning supplies. I think I met the owner when I paid. He was extremely friendly and nice. The overall experience was great for me. I'll be going back. read more
