Paid for the platinum package. They came in and told me my car had been done for a half hour . No one bothered to tell me. When I went outside my interior seats were not wiped down and my car was still filthy. There were sugar packet opened in the side compartment from kids and they refused to empty it and clean it unless I paid more for a detail. I was yelled at when they walked away and told the owner would tell me the same thing . That if I wanted it cleaned I would have to get it detailed. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but at least my seats wiped down and cup holders and side to be emptied and cleaned . That is what I paid for !!! I wound up having to use the air to do it myself . And throw everything out myself. I was told then I should have had it ready for them before hand and vacuumed it myself !!!! So I'm supposed to clean my car myself then pay them for it ? This place used to be great. Now it's horrible. Went to get my SUV washed this morning. It went through the tunnel. The "wrap" on the drivers side wasn't working. Left the side dirty. Then I noticed the mats, air fresheners and stuff was all gone. Something going on here. There were 2 guys working the prep area. One drying. Definitely understaffed. The guy drying didn't exert himself in the least. Only wiped what he could reach without bending down. One towel wiped the dash, the body, the windows and the exterior. I ended up having to wipe down most of the truck myself. Then noticed that my mats were filthy due to all the salt that was put down they were cleaner when I came in. First time at this car wash. There was a little bit of a line on a Saturday afternoon but went quick. Did the gold wash and purchased an air freshener so total came to about $28. I was SO happy that they cleaned my cup holders with me having to ask. Soooo many places don't do that. The carpets and dash were done nicely too. They have snacks and lots of car accessories for sale, which I thought was pretty useful. Once your car goes through the wash, it gets parked right out front and this is where the magic really happens. A dedicated miracle worker takes your car under their wing and cleans every inch of the interior. Let me tell you, my car was pretty nasty before this treatment. GARBAGE .. $35 and the machine doesn't wash your windshield , you have to literally spend money on the gold package minimum to get a clean windshield. Then what does the guy do ? Recently had my truck washed here was not happy with the outcome. the worker who wiped down my car told me he was done so i asked to speak with the manager. I pointed out spots that were still dirty being a white vehicle it was pretty easy to see. The manager tried to blame the worker I explained to him that they never hit it with the brush upon entering the car wash. I've been going to this car wash for several years now. Usually had great experiences. The last time I brought my car here I had to go home and clean the windows because they were so full of streaks. Today the wax I paid for didn't go on while my car was going through. I asked the cashier about it and she kindly checked. Nope, the wax did not go on. Did anyone notice or say something to me? No. She said the guys would apply wax by hand and it might take longer because of that. Okaaay. My car was outside for about 3 minutes before I came out. I arrived at 4:41 PM and waited in line until 4:58 to then RUDELY be told that my vehicle, a small 4-door coupe, could not be hand washed. It is egregious and unacceptable to inconvenience a customer who called in advance and was explicitly given permission to bring a vehicle for hand washing.
