I had to wait until another replacement could be cut. Once the glass was finally installed the glass cracked again. The installer blamed it on the weather and would not stand behind their work. They wanted to charge me the same price again for the repair. The owner claimed it was a discount as the prices had gone up. No thank you. Please save yourself a headache and go someplace else. They are experienced piano movers. 2. Their price is reasonable compared to other national services. 3. Their reviews looked good, and I know I can trust those reviews because they are likely about the people who will actually move my stuff, not some random crew. Overall, I am happy with the service. The estimate was accurate. The packing was efficient and professional. It took them about 6 hours to pack up about ten rooms' worth of stuff, and another 4 hours the next day to load the truck. They stored my stuff for me for two weeks while I waited for the new house. Then they arrived at the new place at 8am as they promised and unloaded everything and set up the piano. Throughout all this chaos, the only casualty was a (not particularly nice) ice tea pitcher. I was happy with their service and would recommend them without hesitation.

When I called, the owner said it would be $395 + tax and that I would have to pay a $100 deposit when confirming the appointment. What he didn't say was that I would have to pay 3% charge for my credit card. There was no other option available when prompted to confirm on my phone. I'm not saying this place was bad, but if you are shopping around for prices, this is a more expensive option.
